Training Central Bark Dog Training classes have been amazing for my dog, Hugo. Kristine does an excellent job of providing 'Parents' with what is needed to succeed not only to pass the class and get them certified but also provides tips and tricks on how to continue training with your baby each and every day. I started bringing Hugo for classes at 4 months old for the AKC S.T.A.R Puppy Class. He learned socialization skills and met some friends that he is in classes with 10 months later. He moved on and completed a CGC (Canine Good Citizen) class, a Nose Works holiday session and then to Intermediate Obedience. During one of our classes, we were able to take the dogs out into the community and see their training in local stores and in a Nursing Home setting. We met trainer Patty during some of our testing sessions and while on the Nursing Home visit. I'm looking forward to signing up for one of Patty's Therapy classes in the next 6 months or so. He will be starting the Elite Training Club in a few weeks. I was charged 73$ for an appointment I never got, when I confronted who I can only assume is the store manager she offered me $27 of my $73 back !! I'm only in town for another week and my pup really needed to get shaved for summer. They had availability the very next day, and it only took 1.5 hours! And the cost was incredible! I am a Employee at Central Bark and I can honestly say it is a great place for all our fur babies to come play! My 3 dogs love to come with me to work and have a blast with all their friends! The other employees are great and treat all the dogs like their own family members! The groomer is also a awesome person with years of experience and she does a wonderful job with every dog that comes through the door. The groomer has no problem with being patient with difficult dogs and CATS! This place is a over all great place to bring your dog for grooming, training and day care! 5 stars all the way! read more

I chose Central Bark in Sheboygan due to its convenient location and relatively good reviews, which was a mistake. I have never experienced staff so rude and unprofessional (especially as a new customer!). If this was how they treated me, I could not imagine how they would treat my pup, which is why I immediately decided to take her elsewhere. If you are taking the time to look into dog daycares in the area, please don't let the convenience or mediocre reviews of Central Bark fool you. If you are looking for someplace to care for your dog while you are away, Central Bark is the place. My dog practically tears my arm off in her eagerness to come Inside when I drop her off. Janeen and her staff clearly love these animals, and they take fantastic care of them. They take the dogs through a range of activities throughout the day, with lots of play and individual attention. When I pick my dog up at the end of the day, she's a happy, tired pup. And on days when freezing or wet weather would make it difficult to take my dog out, I can rest easy knowing she's still getting plenty of exercise and socialization.
