For a better selection of food, try to get the buffet before it closes at 7:30P. When navigating the buffet, the best food is at the salad bar (assuming you know how to combine the right ingredients), the second best was the fried chicken and potatoes station, and the worst was the pizza even though this is a pizza place. The pizza was the poorest I've had in three years. The pizza used ploys from other pizza chains like quirky toppings (broccoli on a pizza?) comparable to California Pizza Kitchen or cheesed-filled crust from Pizza Hut using flavorless mozzarella. So much for eating good midwestern cheese on a trip to Iowa but at least we didn't get sick like other Yelpers.
