The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, caring, and kind. They really want you to have a good experience. They did a great job preparing me for what would happen. I know some people might think this is a bit woo-woo but I recommend having an open mind, and trying it to see how much it helps calm your nervous system. They provide everything you need, including a comfortable cushion, blanket, eye mask, various pillows, and if you don't want to lay on the ground, they do have chairs to sit in as well.

They have gongs and bowls and various percussion instruments and chimes arranged along the far wall. Linda greeted us and Faith also helped play the instruments. We did some breathing exercises and then you simply lay and let the sound wash over you. It was like a group nap time, but it was relaxing and comfortable. I really wasn't sure what to expect, and I was so refreshed. The dedicated time to sit and relax worked for me. I slept better than I had all week. I am less stressed today and I think it was from this. I felt like I took a full mental spa day but it was only an hour! I didn't have to do anything to clean up as they roll in laundry tubs and clean up everything after. Do not go here if you get into a car accident that is not your fault. They will trick you into…read moresigning papers to not use your insurance claiming they are going to charge the person that hit you. In the end they will send you a fat bill. What you really signed was a release to not make them charge the normal insurance rate which is a discounted rate, the normal rate. Instead they charge you a ridiculous amount of charges per visit. Our bill has about 5 charges for each visit for about $40-$50 each charge, all for just 1 visit! Had we used our insurance we would have just been responsible for our deductible and now we have a bill for $6500 from these scammers! Be warned, use your insurance if you are getting fixed up from a car accident and have to come here. They could have been honest and showed us our bill was this high per visit but did not disclose the fee even one time to us. Now we are left to try and sue the person that hit us and hope to pay them off. It's so crazy they feel they are entitled to someones personal injury settlement just for cracking a back. Unreal guys!

I even agreed to make monthly payments before I got the settlement to help them out, as it was going to take a while before the settlement was completed. So I asked them to turn the bill into my insurance, then they refused to honor contracted rates through the insurance company. I basically felt like I was being mugged in a dark alley by the company, as they used every loop hole and shady billing practice possible to charge me for the entire bill. If you patronize them, have your lawyers go over any paperwork before signing anything. I recommend not doing business with them honestly, as they are the type of Chiropractors that give good Chiropractors a bad reputation in the medical field.
