The records department told me twice that they sent over the MRI. He didn't even attempt to look for it. Then he told me I had moderate arthritis and would need a knee replacement eventually. He spent maybe a couple minutes in the room with me and acted like he was too busy to waste any more time on me. I was very displeased when I left his office. I ended up going to get a 2nd opinion with Dr. Dulal and he walked me through the entire MRI. He said that I have very minimal arthritis but that my ACL was loose and showed me everything on the MRI. Dr. Dulal did not rush the visit and explained everything very clearly and showed me everything he was talking about on the MRI. I called Signature orthopedics and asked that Dr. Palmer's part of the bill be reduced or taken off. They said NO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. PALMER.

However, I was sadly disappointed. I found the wait in the doctors exam room 1 hour too long, the doctor's interest low and my time wasted. I was told my problem wouldn't show on an MRI but it did in the past. Then new tests were ordered buy the nurse (?) wrote the test order incorrectly which resulted in 3 hours spent in Radiology instead of 45 minutes while they tried to get it straightened out. I've been seeing the doctors here for quite some time. Unfortunately, they have taken on way too…read moremany patients and have really loss the ability to provide the care they used to. I recently was in, very sick and begging to be listened to. I knew I had the Flu. However, the assistant that day hardly swabbed me. I get more invasive with myself with a Q tip when I'm trying to sneeze. She grazed and I use that word with emphasis, grazed my nostril and never even fully went in my nose. I knew immediately it was going to come back negative. I told my doctor I found that super shocking that it came back negative. I brought up chest tightness and pain and that was never addressed. She said my lungs sounded fine but that wasn't the case. I had to pay almost $400 a day after to go to urgent care because I knew something wasn't right. There they said I was extremely dehydrated, I did have Flu A, I had to get a steroid shot, nebulizer treatment because I have Asthma and am at risk, and a multitude of medications to try to fight this off asap. Had my doctor slowed down, made sure her medical assistant properly administered the test, maybe made eye contact instead of staring at a screen the whole time so she could address the absolute worry in my face.. I'd probably be more than half way better by now. Instead Im on week three of being sick, up at 3/4AM nightly, can't sleep, miserable, and still not the best mental state which I expressed was happening to them due to being miserable for days now and again they just did not care. The receptionist? Amazing. I will miss them. The doctors not so much. I highly recommend looking into a privately owned practice and not a corporate doctors office. They don't care the way they should and I get they are probably under pressure but this is peoples h e a l t h. I am extremely disappointed and broke down at urgent care from frustration. I expressed this and let Esse know about it, I was forward but not a Karen and never even received an apology. Again, going back to they do not care. Save yourself the issues

So I have my leg amputated October 2024 and I was supposed to go to these people and I went and…read moreseen the doctor and I talked to her about getting a robotic knee so to save the insurance company money they gave me a regular micro processor knee. This is through Worker's Comp. and then I can't get this leg to work because I had clubfeet when I was born and they told me to get an email from the company that makes the knee that was sending me out the robotic name for a trial and then that way I could take it with me so I go ahead and I do this. I went in today, and I won't say anybody's name but one of the people there he's like well they don't wanna support you taking it out. They're gonna leave it on us and we don't support you taking it out, mind you they've already gotten probably $60,000 of the insurance over me already they act like I'm gonna steal the damn thing but I don't wanna pay $100,000 for something for the rest of my life when I need one until I get a test out of it, but the funny thing is they say well we don't care about the money. This is a capitalist country and if you don't care about money, what are you doing in business of selling such high-end prosthetic parts that's a joke. Everybody's at work for money, you don't go to work for fun. You get a check, so I want this knee go to physical therapy to try to learn how to walk on it and so 10 minutes goes by. I'm waiting for him. He took my prosthetic leg. Initially he was supposed to be going to install the robotic knee now I'm pissed at this moment because everything he said it was a lie. He could've said while the company might not allow us and then I wouldn't have gone through so much work to try to make sure that I can use this knee for set amount of time so I can learn how to walk with it before it's approved. He comes back in with the supervisor, he tells me you know what I don't think you're gonna work out here with us because he lied to me. He told me to get this information. I got it for him and he's like you know I don't think it's gonna work out because you want me to let you take this knee out and we're not gonna ensure whatever the word they use I can't think of it. I'm like You don't expect me to be pissed off about that so I wouldn't recommend that people don't go there and then also they gave me liners that break my leg out every time I wear it because I'm allergic to it and they refused to give it to me the new ones even though they ordered it all and I'm sure they're gonna charge the insurance company. They refuse to give it to me. They refuse to do anything, they refuse to give me the information on logging in to make adjustments to my current knee because they have it in a locked position so the micro processor inside there has it locked is not the manual lock so as I walk, the knee doesn't bend and they refuse to give me the login information so I have no way to make it to where I can walk properly and this is what I guess they wanted the whole time because I had another guy in there and he was quite a character he never listened to anything. I told him it's like when I would sit there and tell him what's going on my wife would have to talk louder and get his attention so he could pay attention to what I was actually saying and then he understood but he still didn't process it and I'm not saying anything bad about anybody. I'm just saying the fact is that there are people in there that don't listen to you there's one guy but he's a supervisor who listens very well. He's a nice person. The other people I thought they were good people, but you know you can only be right about so many things, but I can show photos of how bad my leg blisters every time I wear my prosthetic leg and they know I can't get in to see anybody right away, so I would recommend you stay as far away from this place as possible because it could be bad for you. You may have the same problem I have and I don't want that to happen to anybody, especially when you lose your leg you've lost so much already and then they make it so much worse when they treat you like crap.
