Would not ever use anyone else for remodeling or roofing work. He is very knowledgeable and has contacts for all projects needed.i needed foundation work before my remodel and he had a contact that was half the cost of the other quote I got.i had a full gut kitchen remodel and new countertops for restroom. My kitchen and restroom are top notch now! Fast at getting the job done. I will be using for any future projects. Go with them, you will not regret it!!

I contacted John, the owner, who promptly came out, got on the roof and inspected it, and said his team could replace the roof within 6 weeks, which was good with our schedule. Our house has a turret with an 18 on 12 roof pitch so this was NOT an easy roof to replace either. John submitted a contract that specified the type and amount of shingles, materials for the code upgrade, roof tear off and gutter downspout details. He asked for payment of my deductible and the front half of the insurance payment on the day they arrived to start the job. He also said he would provide a lien waiver upon completion and receipt of the final payment. Another roofer wanted half down on contract signing and when I asked about a lien waiver, I was told I would have to talk to the owner about that. They went out of business a few weeks later... Our roof size is 53 squares. JCP Roofing removed and replaced the roof in 2 DAYS. Quality is outstanding and after the cleanup, I would have never known they were there. The gutter downspouts were replaced a few weeks later and it took his team a few hours to do that. Those also look great and they added a couple of extensions as needed to direct the water anyway from the house. John is very personable and professional and easy to work with. His team does great work so if you need a new roof JCP Roofing is your go to company.

We hired this company to install a new roof and gutters on our home. Shortly after installation, we…read morediscovered the gutters were not installed correctly. That was the first red flag. We contacted the company multiple times asking for the issues to be addressed. The problems were not resolved, and additional concerns became apparent. Because of that, we arranged and paid for an independent licensed professional engineer to evaluate the installation. The engineer's evaluation identified multiple installation deficiencies, including concerns related to nail placement, roof decking/plywood, drip edge installation, chimney flashing, and more. Despite repeated efforts over many months to have these documented issues properly corrected, they remain unresolved. As of this writing, these documented issues remain unresolved, and we are continuing to deal with damage to our home as a result.

It has been 3 years since my roof was put on by WW Roofing. I am finally getting some of the things…read morefixed. I had to hire an inspector ,carpenter and structural engineer. When I arrived home after they were finished, I immediately noticed some things that look 'off'. Where the garage roof and the house roof met, they had brought the shingles from the house about 3 inches over the gutters on the garage roof. Looked very odd and not like I had ever had it before. I climbed up on a ladder and saw that I could actually put my whole hand under the shingle onto the house roof sheathing. Then the overhang was about 2 inches over the gutters. The eaves which had J channel had about a 2 inch overhang so everything looked floppy. I told him I FOR SURE wanted all the boards changed out on the front of the roof because of the wavy appearance. NONE were changed because he was trying to 'save me money'. Not to mention the PEPPERCORN color that I requested actually looks like a PURPLE toned roof. I am pretty sure he gave me Colonial Estate instead and I specifically wanted a dark roof but it had red and blue in it. ABC shingle company delivered shingle and because of the slope dumped them all on the back side of my house. A home built in 1972 only has a few nails holding the rafters to the center beam and should be actually carried up or placed not dropped. After seeing the mistakes on the front of the house, I asked my husband to go on the roof and inspect the roof for any other visible mistakes. When he did, he called me to video it. It was like a trampoline and then we heard a crack. The rafters had dropped and the center ridge beam had cracked. This occured BEFORE they shingled right over the top of it all. The dip that is there in extremely noticeable so should the bounciness have been noticeable but they did not notify us. They completed the job with no word. The foreman(owner) was on site but knows nothing about overseeing and correcting his team. When I called them back the worker tried to stick tar under the shingle hanging over the gutter and press it down. I had to tell him to cut it back. Per Owens Corning website the overhang on the eaves and gutters was excessive and I had to have them cut that back as well. I was disgusted and still am and will get a new roof soon that is not purple. Do not use them. It was 9,000.00 for the small roofs and it will be 9,000.00 to fix the structural problem.

Overall, we are satisfied with our master bath remodel done by KML Remodeling, but it took twice as…read morelong as it should have because of incorrect materials delivered and inadequate project management. We had to make concessions on things that were wrongly ordered and there were a few plumbing mistakes which required rework, causing the project to take twice as long as it should have. The carpentry work was exceptional, though, with attention to detail and solid workmanship, resulting in an overall successful project. But, the general supervision and communication from the project manager were dreadful and caused a very stressful experience. As other reviewers have said, messages were rarely responded to and it required me to frequently follow up just to know what was going on with the project, and who and when someone was coming. When the project manager did show up on site, which was rare, he just walked in and went straight to the subcontractor, without barely a hello to us. It's really a shame because a well done job should not be so exhausting and frustrating for the customer. As long as they use the same carpenter, I would recommend them, but I suggest making it very clear at contract signing what you expect and lay out clear rules of engagement and communication expectations. I'm updating my review rating from a 3 to a 4 because the owner, Karen, sincerely listened to our concerns and we feel that she will make the necessary adjustments so that future customers have a more pleasant experience. As previously noted, the workmanship of the main construction components are top notch and had the project manager not made the job so painful, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Their lack of communications is unbelievable! Messages are NEVER returned in a timely manner, sometimes never returned! They messed up my walls, which thankfully I had more product so I could fix them. They broke the trim on my door and pushed it together and left it like that, so the wood is cracked! Who does that and just leaves it? The first time they installed the doors, they put them into the door jamb, so you could not open the doors all of the way! It took four days to install a vanity, a vanity top and change two cabinet doors. I have a six car driveway, they parked on the edge of driveway and put ruts in my yard! Save yourself some heartache and frustration and stay away from this company.
