Used this company the past few years, mediocre at best…read more Then it got worse today when they had an appointment between noon and 1 pm but no one showed up, I waited here another 30 minutes, hoping to hear from someone, total silence. Texted the guy, who said he "messed up the schedule," then proceeded to give ME attitude when he was 100% in the wrong. I called him to see what the issue was, he admitted he was wrong, but then said the appointment was actually scheduled for tomorrow (was anyone going to tell me that? Guess not) and then said he's "not interested in degradation" (apparently calling BS on his lame excuses counts as 'degradation') and finally said he "doesn't want to do the job anymore." So that's how you'll be treated if you call this company. I recommend you don't.
