Texted the guy, who said he "messed up the schedule," then proceeded to give ME attitude when he was 100% in the wrong. I called him to see what the issue was, he admitted he was wrong, but then said the appointment was actually scheduled for tomorrow (was anyone going to tell me that? Guess not) and then said he's "not interested in degradation" (apparently calling BS on his lame excuses counts as 'degradation') and finally said he "doesn't want to do the job anymore." I thought a can of stuff from the local big box store would take care of the problem but I think it was like air freshener to them. Once I was on my second can, and both my nephew and I got stung, I knew it was time to get a professional. After getting a few quotes (at astronomical prices) I decided on Ohio Pest Pro. Jim was very friendly and professional and had a great price. He happens to stop by on a rainy day which was good because most of the bees were "home" that day.
