I wanted white but ended up with carbon gray with carbon gray rims. After 6 months enjoying my truck I realized I really didn't like the dark gray on gray look, I wanted something with a shine to it. After researching rim repair I found Glenn's. I'm extremely picky and Glenn's did not disappoint. They machined my rims and matched a darker shade of gray found on my bumpers. The hours of operation have changed; they're 9 - 5:00 rather than 8 - 4:00. I wanted to love this place. I thought I would after reading some online reviews. I was disappointed. I called a few days ahead to schedule an appointment for a full detail; I needed a shop that could get pine sap off my vehicle as so few businesses are capable. I made that clear during that phone conversation. Upon dropping off my vehicle, I spoke w/ the manager-- I stated again that sap removal was paramount. I received a call 3.5 hrs later that my car was ready. Upon retrieving it, it was evident only the wet sap had been removed. I was informed by the same manager that they didn't dare touch the dry sap for fear of harming the paint. The only problem is that I specifically brought it in for sap removal & none of the easy-off dry sap from the windshield/windows had been removed even though no paint was involved. (I later used my fingernail to remove the three large droplets.) EVEN though they cleaned the inside & outside VERY well, I wasted $50 on a detail because I now need to take it to someone else. Additionally, since Day 2, the car STINKS! Today I pulled up a floor mat; its underside was covered in beaded water. (It was dripping wet.) The interior carpeting is still very wet days later, which is behind the rancid smell. Apparently, this business does not utilize fans to help w/ the drying process. Again, I wanted to love this small business that appears to employ many laborers, but I simply didn't. Even if sap is not a concern for a car owner, the wet carpeting should be.

No call on Monday like I was told they would call me. Called Tuesday, the manager was not in but she would call me...no call Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon and told them I was canceling my credit card charges as I had not received my sewing machine, not to mention no phone calls that I had been promised. Once I threatened to cancel the credit card payment a member did call to say the machine would be in the next week. The same member called me the next day to say the machine had been delivered to their warehouse, but they would not deliver to the store until Wednesday. I told him I might not make it to the store by 5:30, due to where I work and the afternoon traffic. He assured me he could wait for me to arrive. I called the store and Alexis answered the manager and was told she had to leave early...so I am on my way.... Made it to get my machine I ordered.... The box was closed, I asked if the bonus package was with the machine. Alexis assured me it was in the box. We loaded the box and off I went. He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. While there were some communications challenges throughout the installation process, the overall professionalism and competence of staff is very good. In my recent interactions, they have demonstrated that they do care about customer service and satisfaction. Their billing invoices are still somewhat confusing and vague, but they are working on making them better. I would like to publicly acknowledge two people on our job that went above and beyond. First was Jose who did the installation, he identified that the lines didn't have to run the attic and other site survey errors that saved us time and pain. He was personable and professional and took pride in his work. The other was Tara who assisted us in identifying and rectifying billing errors and took the time to call and discuss each of my concerns in detail.

The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.
