He was straightforward with us, agreed with me on my guess (it was the starter), and gave us an accurate quote. Barcadi's team quickly sourced and replaced the starter, and noticed the brakes were in desperate need of pad replacement. The total price was not bad at all! I never took my other car anywhere else for service. Customer service is amazing; you will never feel like "maybe he is trying to take advantage of me because I don't know anything about cars." They are honest and kind; they will look at your car and provide a true assessment before trying to charge you. I don't go here that often now because I have a newer car and the dealership included basic maintenance for a few years with my purchase. However for anything else... I go here first. I don't even want to give my money to any other auto repair place because they are more than deserving of the business. When I had a large plastic bag stuck under my car, I asked if they could lift it to see if there was more leftover that I could not reach. They did so and didn't even charge me for it. Recently, my tire needed a patch and they provided a recommendation to another place because it is not a service they offer. Again I'm grateful they could provide that recommendation because I really didn't want to go anywhere besides here and wouldn't have trusted anywhere I found on my own. Warning: They are amazing and it's no secret to others in the area, which means they are of course busy. If you need something simple like an oil change, be there before they open (I would always go on Saturday early morning and it wouldn't take too long). Or you could be more responsible than myself and make an appointment. Otherwise just be patient and know they are worth the wait because they really provide quality service true to the name.

The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.
