Dr Brooke Higgins makes me feel relaxed along with the soothing music and the aroma of the scent of the oils that she uses to rub you down with. The system only allows for 5 stars, but this place is the second happiest place on earth, right after Disney. Dr. B and her staff are angles sent from above to take care of us. They are the nicest people you will ever meet. The facility is so serene that you go into relaxation mode the moment you enter the place. Dr. B not only does her thing with the needles, but I think she has a minor in Psychiatrist because she can make one feel at ease during the session. I recently had the pleasure of retreating to Spa Longevita for a Swedish massage as well as an acupuncture treatment. The foyer has a tasteful, minimalistic presentation and leads through a set of double doors to the spa proper. The massage I received from Tatiana was thorough and attentive, with occasional queries regarding intensity of pressure. I felt deeply relaxed afterwards. Dr. Brooke Higgins provided the acupuncture treatment, during which she was responsive to my requests and totally engaged for the entirety of the 90-minute session. Her technique was gentle and observant. Moreover, she took the time to answer my questions patiently and comprehensively. I highly recommend her services. I have been going to spa Longevita for a long time now and it is my favorite place to go for wonderful relaxing treatments. I recently started the acupuncture treatments and now I have stopped taking some of my medications which is wonderful. I have been a client at Spa Longevita since it opened in Avalon Park. I have tried many of their services and have loved them all. I have seen Tatiana and Prianka (sp?) for massages and facials. They are both outstanding! They use excellent products with natural ingredients and they work to address the client's needs/concerns every time.
