We have four kids. Ranging from 6 months old to 16y/o. When we called to see what was taking so long(now we are at 8%). Their response was. "We are not scheduled to service your area. We will be out in the near future". I asked if they could make a special delivery. They said it would be a $250 delivery fee. Then another $100 for a special trip. $350 in fee was more than the propane I ordered. I have asked to cancel their services in the past. At that time we had 50% propane(about 125gal.). They said they could cancel but would take the propane with the tank. The propane I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. They were going to take and NOT reimburse me. I am about to take my loses and have another propane company come hook up a tank. At that point I will set their tank out by the curb. Tell them to come get their stuff. This is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate company ever. They cater to customers with monthly payments. For the monthly payments. Since i don't spend as much as other customers. Im not as valuable. They have the highest propane prices out of all gas companies. I recommend shopping around and going with a local company. If you want to run out of propane. The tire/engine function is the same half the time. My last trip when rinsing the timer ran out added more quarters and when it restarted it shot out a bunch of soap causing me to restart all the rinsing. I prefer manual car washing to automatic locations but this one is so frustrating I prefer to drive to the north side of Roger's to use a car wash that actually works. They worry about bbq and propane sales versus their core business.
