What place do's that now a day's? they could have easily said hey, its this amount and that's that. I had questions about my car not related to why it was there and he answered them in full detail. Large equipment everywhere, mechanics and techs scurrying around trying to maintain some type of order with rigs, big rigs moving in as fast as they get them out. You get the picture? BUSY! To add to the mental picture I'm trying to create, the facility is modern and clean. Why do I add this to the description of the place? This is a serous operation! Here I come. Rolling into Missouri from Arkansas I realized I had zero trailer brakes. I had most of the trip in front of me, hauling some fairly precious cargo, (and heavy) I needed to get the trailer fixed. It was a late Friday afternoon. Everyone I reached out too was (local trailer outfits looking to start their weekend... not that I blame it them) saying "call us Monday" As you know, it's a loooong time between Friday and sometime Monday when you are on the road. We were on the N. West Bypass road from a recommendation to a shop that we visited that flat said sorry, your out of luck! As I pulled out and back on the bypass my wife noticed a large company just ahead. First impression is that they wouldn't even consider a simple 4x4 pulling a 24' trailer. The trailers they were working on were larger then my entire outfit! Cut to the chase... Not only did they work me into there schedule, they treated us as if we owned the place! I'm not exaggerating here. They pulled a job out of one bay just to let us back in. This is that moment you hope your polished up on your backing skills because half the crew was watching lol! The associate who helped us was attentive and very professional. He performed a Initial assessment and within minutes had a technician working on our trailer. They had us in and out within a hour for less then you would spend buying a few burgers for lunch. This outfit no doubt saved our weekend and kept us on schedule. Scott and company at Trux do things right! I recently…read morepurchased a Wells Cargo trailer from them, the buying experience and thier service was spectacular. We came to a price agreement over e-mail and they processed my deposit over the phone and scheduled the delivery. When I arrived for the pickup, the bill of sale and temporary licence were ready to go and installed. I soon realize that I had brought the wrong sized trailer ball and that my tow vehicle did not have the correct wiring harness. They have a helpful parts department that promptly coordinated the modifications I needed,. Within minutes they had a technician taking care of both of my problems. The service invoice for the modifications was more than reasonable, and it turns out that the business owner himself performed the service work (as my service needs were unexpected and his regular crew was working on scheduled service). I was blown away by their genuine helpfullness and highly recommend them for your trailer purchase and service needs. Great service is such a rarity these days.

comes out promise of 100 to travel to my house and 100 to diagnose. First he says my utv has…read morenegative vacuum which is his claim why it doesn't start. He's gonna adjust the valves and should be good. Then says he seen some gunk in my carb but he doesn't think that's why it fails to run and mentions that the intake was partially open, ya know sucking dust directly into the carb. Which my complaint was it ran great then gradually got worse to the point where it didn't start. Doesn't clean carb just leaves my rig disassembled. He then claims it's the stator because my solid spark Doesent look blue enough, and that the stators for these things are really expensive. he looks the part up from his supplier right with me standing there and says oh i guess it ain't bad but ya 200 and something. I said to order it and he says he normally needs money down but since under 300 he's not worried about it. 5 or so days later they request money to order the part. I sent anyway plus the agreed 200 except the part had now got 100.00 more expensive still whatever. There's not a lot of mechanics at the lake so I just sent. Week goes by without hearing anything I contact the wife on their business page she says she has to check and blames the delay on me not sending the money that wasn't requested or required And then says he will be out in the next 2 days. She was then rude and condescending and I called her out on it, then blocks me from the business page of the business I'm dealing with. He eventually text me says the part isn't in from his supplier blaming the post office being shut down. The next week he still claims the part isn't in after some back and forth arguing he sends a snap of a part that's 12.00 range and I respond my part was 12.00. Give a dumb excuse then sends a snap of the estimated delivery of a stator if you order now, not an ordered part. I call him out on that and for the fact he's buy cheap knock pff parts from Amazon and being the only Amazon customer in the world that it takes a month to get what they ordered. I then tell him to refund my money and he says he'll bring my part. I'm not a mechanic and I certainly wouldn't use anything other than oem parts. More back and forth arguing and insults so I leave a review on Google and say if you refund the money for the parts you can keep the original 200 and I'll delete the review. He refused and then had one of his friends leave a negative fake review on my business that he had no affiliation with what so ever. He came to my house and broke my personal machine. And had them leave a review on my business. Then he seen I was bbb accredited and tried to leave a negative review on my bbb page, which they denied. Then later sends me a pic of a stator unpackaged because he didn't want me to see the brand. This guys is lower than low and his wife you see on here is just as bad. For 2 days they kept sending stuff like my birth year and calling me James instead of Jim as if they ciphered some secret code not being smart enough to understand Jim is short for James. Do not do business with these people they just scammers, I'm guessing the positive reviews they have are his buddies being he uses them to post negative reviews on people. Either way this has to be one the most insane experiences I've had at the lake and I've felt with a lot of bad businesses out here

The sales team is decent and helpful. The service team has been completely unprofessional unhelpful…read moreand does not communicate at all. They have your equipment for far too long with no communication and then charge you a diagnostic fee when expectations are set that it's a warranty repair. When brought up with a manager they said that you can take your business elsewhere and Don't bring your Equipment back. I've always had an excellent experience with S&H and was looking at purchasing more equipment but this has ruined the relationship. I hope that they do better in the future.
