The building has a couple large private parking lots. Today it's raining out and in the 30/40s. I had to be out of my house for a few hours with my dog. It turns out while there are a lot of businesses in Charlottesville that have outdoor patios that are dog friendly, very few let you bring them inside. Main Street Market is the one exception I could find. Dogs are allowed in their seating area since all food prep is done in the shops. Our pup has enjoyed all of the attention he's received from passersby and I've enjoyed not having to be outside for four hours. The one downside is that there doesn't seem to be a public WiFi option. Several of the businesses have WiFi but it's all password protected.

I recommend avoiding doing Will Call however because the lines back up big time. Also recommend paying for the parking pass as trying to a get an Uber out of there is nearly impossible. Concessions are subpar and high priced. Limited beer selection plus a hard cider or two and no other booze. Food is limited to pizza, burgers, ice cream and other sweet stuff. Bathrooms could be larger but are typical for an arena of this size.
