Staff is wonderful every time I've been in. Car wash is total crap and should charge for a $2 rinse if you can't wash a car.

Update: Someone from the wash got in touch the next day, and asked for photos. We sent them in and…read morethen were invited to come back so the detail manager could make it right. We did, and they buffed and waxed out the marks. The detail manager was friendly and apologetic, and did the work himself. We are satisfied with the outcome, though the marks shouldn't have happened in the first place. Plus I had to take off work to get there before 3pm in order to meet the detail manager. Because of the inconvenience, we don't feel right going up to a full five stars. But excellent service recovery!

So I did, expecting my truck to look amazing. Only to get home and the inside of my truck was barely touched at all. My floor mats weren't removed, they only briefly wiped down the drivers side floor mat. All of my doors still had smudges and marks on them. And my center console wasn't even touched. The outside of the truck was intermediate at best. Blue soap residue everywhere, and honestly all their wash did was shine the truck up and didn't remove dirt. Very unhappy with the results and won't be back. Got home and did a brief overdo of everything they missed

First time with being in town to help my UVA daughter out and got her car washed. I chose Tiger…read morebecause it was a newer facility with the latest equipment. I did receive personal service after waiting a few minutes for staff. However you can self serve, select and pay. I did like the personal touch. I choose a $17 wash through their automated facility. They do offer two bays for self hand wash. Staff was friendly. I saw the car in front of me get significant prep by staff which I was excited about. Then my turn the staff was interrupted by another staff and literally got little prep. That was in my mind the no way I'm giving them a 5. After my wash I went to the self vacuum area which was tidy. The car was still very wet. The vacs worked fine, but the spaces seemed more condensed than others. The air sprayer to blow drops off is a huge bonus if working properly. It was actually blowing out condensation though. After finishing I wanted to make a left turn out to the highway which was impossible with heavy traffic. No big deal, I made a right to later pull a u-turn. After driving over 3 miles I finally made an illegal u-turn at highway 250. A 3 really seems to fit them well for my only experience. I may, or may not return.

I was quite satisfied w/ my new car purchase from Flow VW in charlottesville. I spent quite a bit…read moreof time researching for the right car. Then it came down to where to purchase the car. Shop locally, or migrate to neighboring areas. I decided to look at Flow cville. I was impressed that this location had quite a large selection of cars that I was looking for. Sure every dealer wants to be your friend and get you the car from another dealer, but I didn't want that. Upon my first visit, a sales guy Ray T greeted me. I was expecting a sales pitch, but instead he offered the details and answers i had for the car I of interest. He was quite knowledgeable about the car of interest. Actually, I can't recall any question I had that he didn't know how to answer about the car. This dealer appeared to hire sales people that have a passion for the cars they sell as it was reflected in his knowledge about this type of car. Ultimately, the offer/negotiation was done via email, which is what I preferred. I was happy Ray was open to discussions using this method. Once I decided to commit to the car, the final process must have taken less than no more than 30 minutes! The car was polished up and fueled up (when does that happen anymore?) I hope that when service is needed on my car, their service department is as helpful.

Purchased a new car here -- 4 stars for the buying process, but it's been downhill ever since…read more Service is terrible: they don't return calls, getting a loaner vehicle is nearly impossible, and recall appointments can take months to schedule (though that's sometimes on the manufacturer, not them). We brought the vehicle in immediately after purchase to fix a pre-existing issue that was part of the purchase agreement -- an obvious, visible defect on the exterior. Each of the first two times, they told us it was fixed, and each time it clearly wasn't. It took three visits total before it was actually resolved. They're also supposed to clean, vacuum, and charge the car (it's an EV) as part of routine maintenance. Three visits, three times they skipped all of it. Might sound petty, but these are the details that make the difference between good customer service and delivering a great experience -- actually doing what you say you're going to do.
