We had scheduled Central Jersey Cleaning service to do a move-out clean for us a month in advance. We had provided pictures of what we needed to be cleaned, we agreed on their price, and we confirmed the booking. The day the cleaning was scheduled, they did NOT even show up! Nor did the call to cancel or answer our calls or text at all. It has been two weeks now and they have not reached out to us at all. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. We had to schedule another crew last minute, but are very thankful they did a wonderful job. We also had to shift our official move out day by another day because they did not show up. We used their service to 'move in' clean our new house as well as 'move out' clean our rental apartment. They were pretty good and thorough with their job. Janisse did a walk through of both the places and gave a very reasonable estimate for the work with added discounts. The team did a very good job removing the dust/grease from our new house. Also, our old apartment was not in a good condition but the team cleaned it pretty well. I'll definitely use this service in future for our new home quarterly cleaning needs. The developmental feedback I'll like to provide: 1) The team can improve on being on-time as per agreed schedule. I understand there can be unforeseen instances where a delay is unavoidable but I guess a little heads up would help the receiving party. 2) There were few places that were hit-miss while cleaning. We used to use a different cleaning company but was unhappy on how they cleaned my floors. So I decided to research different companies and ran across this company. I gave them a chance and opted for the deep cleaning service. I was very pleased with the job as well as my floors. Yes I'm picky because I have two young children. Tried to use central jersey cleaning but on two occasions they cancelled at the very last minute each time even though we went out of our way to accommodate their cleaning availability. I found them to be very unprofessional and would not use them again or recommend them to anyone needing home cleaning. read more

Let me start off by saying they were an hour and a half late because they went to the wrong address. Only good thing about the cleaning service was the owner she was very nice and friendly but they did a TERRIBLE job . I had my house cleaned for a move in after new floors were put in- so there was no furniture at all ! 1.5 baths a kitchen and floors and that is it .. the stove was covered in grease and I was told that they were unable to clean it because it was "too much" when doing the walk through i noticed the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down they were all very sticky . There was still dust and dirt in the bathtub and the window sills were not cleaned . I had my 2 year old son with with me at the time so I could not pay such close attention as I should have but the job should have still been done properly- I went back the next day and the basement was filthy not even touched - I was charged $260 to mop up stairs floors and wipe Down cabinets .. I even had to ask them to do the front glass door . Disappointed is an understatement.. I reached out to the owner the day after and no response .. Pics attached of what I had to clean the day after UPDATE : the owner did a walk through of the house before and after the cleaning not once did she say the basement wasn't included - at the final walkthrough she walked around the basement picking things off the floors as if she cleaned them - the owner proceeded to block my phone number after trying to contact her multiple times about the service do not use this service they are scams !!!!!! Requested a quote, agreed on price, set up appointment for this past Saturday morning and no one showed up. I left two messages and never heard back. Someone called me 20 minutes past the appointment time asking about a power wash, when I explained that no, I had hired three cleaners for three hours and no one showed he said oh I don't know anything about that. read more

I was not going to write a review but I think I have to. I hired this folks to come clean up for my move in and it was terrible. There's still cob webs on the walls and ceilings. Windows were not cleaned like it was supposed to. The fridge and oven was a mess. I don't know what I paid for. For all this I could have done it myself. One of the bathroom we're barely touched. Terrible terrible service I must say. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Paid a good amount of money for a shitty ass job. read more

The products that they use are not harmful to my kids or my dogs, which is a big plus for me. The staff are very professional and reliable. I had an excellent experience from start to finish.i was arranging a one time deep cleaning for my disabled son's bathroom. I called several services. Two made appointments to give an estimate,but didn't show up,Another decided his location was not near to her home and that she did not want to do it. Janisse was a pleasure to deal with. She kept her appointment to do the estimate and communicated with me immediately,providing options for cleaning other areas. I decided on only the bathroom and she said that if they had time they would do some work in the kitchen. I think she offered this because she recognized that I was concerned about my son's situation and couldn't be there to help. Another plus was that I could pay the company with a credit card. She sent an invoice. Janisse also sent photos of the completed work. My son was pleased as well. He felt comfortable with Janisse and her son in the apartment.He has a barking dog and apparently that was not an issue. So again,it was a very positive experience and I recommend the company for many reasons. read more

I hired them for a move in cleaning and there were 3 people 2 hours with a not so dirty one bedroom apartment, the manager comes and works too ( the slowest one) they told me they will finish in 2 hours because the house seems ok and small. after 1 hour and half the manager warned the other 2 that they should leave soon and the started doing everything in a hurry. my bathroom and kitchen was left in such a mess. and all this time the manager was arguing with me that I shouldn't be in the house while they clean because it would distract them and yet I found so many missing spots. I wouldn't recommend them for move in/move out but they might be ok for ordinary cleaning purposes. read more

I used this service twice. The first time was great and felt like they really cleaned my entire house spotless. The second time I wasn't home at the time and when I returned from vacation the house smelt clean but there was obvious neglect in areas. The sink wasn't cleaned, the counter top had spots all over it, the tiles in the bathroom weren't touched, there was my dogs fur on the floor which showed they didn't vacuum well enough, the cleaners dumped garbage into my pets food bag that was left and then left it in my basement, and my toilet showed water ring so I don't think that was touched either. I'm very disappointed in the service for the ridiculously expensive charge that i paid immediately when sent the invoice. When reaching out to see what can be done messages were ignored many times. We hired Central Jersey Cleaning Service before we moved into our new apartment. Janisse and Carla went above and beyond! The apartment was left filthy by the previous owners. The girls scrubbed every corner, top to bottom. They stayed much longer then they anticipated and the apartment looked like new when they left! The women were friendly, kind and very hard workers.
