The real treat though was the white powdery film that was on the carpet when it finally dried. The technician tracked mud into my entranceway, left a puddle of water on my tile, and dumped the dirty water on my driveway leaving a muddy, fiber filled coating. I've called the company three times only to be told they would get back to me to remedy the situation. They didn't. This company is not only totally unprofessional, but will damage your carpets. DO NOT HIRE!
