They damaged several antique pieces of furniture - they broke off pieces of carved wood trim and lost the pieces, which are irreplaceable. They broke in half an antique item that was marked as high value and they were supposed to crate and protect. They put number stickers on prominent places on wood finishes (including antiques) - not the kind of stickers movers usually use and are easy to peel off, but stickers that are very difficult to remove without damaging finishes. They delivered with our furniture several large items of furniture and boxes that did not belong to us - so someone else's furniture was shipped 600 miles away to the wrong address. Millennial took no responsibility for the damage to our furniture, and did not return calls or emails about these issues. (The only time they answered a call was when I intentionally called from an area code and number they didn't recognize.) Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. (I would give them zero stars if I could.) I am not the type to write negative reviews, but because they failed to address, or even acknowledge, the significant problems they created, this is the only option I have left.

An hour and a 1/2 before they were supposed to arrive, I received a text stating that their truck would not start and that they could not do the move that day but offered to come on Monday. I was frantic because we did not have flexibility in our move and it had to be done that weekend. It took me 3 calls to actually speak with someone. I emphasized to Grayson, one of the owners, our lack of flexibility and begged him to consider renting a truck. He said he would look into this, however, over the next two hours I heard nothing from him, despite trying to call him numerous times. I finally received another text stating that he would not be able to come that day but was trying to call another company for us. We never heard from him again! After hours of panic and 100s of calls, we eventually found another company willing to do the move last minute for an exorbitant price. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and unreliable moving company before. I understand that things happen but a professional company would attempt to rectify it and also would actually call you and answer your calls.
