Before we went in, I figured his portrait would be close, but the actual tattoo blew me away. It was like we were looking at our actual dog. Granted, tattoos hurt, there's no way around that, but the way he applied it was one of the least painful tattoos I've ever had (and it was on my side)! Clean, professional, and just an all around great artist. I have a few other tattoos, none of them from the same person, but if I get another tattoo, Devin will be the one to do it!

Further, there was no projected date when it may be again available due to supply chain problems caused by current worldwide events. Jen was able to offer another model that she assured me was quite the same but for the paint color and would be available within a few weeks. She also assured me that it would do the same job as the mower I ordered, but unfortunately would cost me an additional $400. We then haggled a bit over the price and it was agreed upon that Swisher would split the difference in increased price with me owing to their advertising a product that they knowingly couldn't deliver in a timely manner. Once again, within nano-seconds of my hanging up the phone with Jen, my credit-card was debited an additional $200. In my parting conversation with Jen I was told that I would receive, via email, an updated invoice and when the order was ready to ship, tracking information. After a week, I started emailing and placing phone calls to Swisher when no updated invoice or order information had been received. It's turned into a daily ritual, my attempts to get a live person on the phone or to get a response to my email's ever since my last contact from Swisher via the phone call with Jen. Interestingly, while no further contact has been received from Swisher, I did received a phone call from a delivery company this afternoon (6/25/20) to inform me that they wanted to schedule delivery of a 500 lb carton for this upcoming Tuesday! This is now strongly suspected to be one Swisher tow-behind mower In short, I for one will be most hesitant to recommend or purchase from Swisher again if they are so ignoring of their customers as to make it virtually impossible to simply speak to a Swisher representative or respond to a simple email request for confirmation of a +$2300 purchase! Sheesh! Truth be known, I've actually had better luck in my dealings with German and Chinese company's customer service, and I honestly thought they were the worst ever was at customer-no-service I'd ever encountered!

Both APPLE & AT&T confirmed that this phone was definitely stolen. I must have messaged/emailed them 4-5 times to get 0 & truly 0 responses from them that EBAY & PAYPAL stepped in after I had to escalate it & even in their forum they didn't respond once but eventually got my refund back due to ebay/paypal guarantee policy. I would have had no problem & wanted to give them the benefit of doubt until they completely ghosted/ignored me which to anyone's eyes would make them look absolutely guilty of knowing this issue during this 2 week process to get everything resolved. I know things can slip through & mistakes happen as I also owned & operated a business for 10 years while also being in the retail industry most of my career, this was hands down some shady poor customer service practice.
