I can say that they were fast about one thing; every time they called me with another price increase, they had charged my credit card in less than 15 minutes.

We were left with one licensed plumber and inexperienced assistants. They came by 1 day per week sometimes for only a few hours per week. The results were slow - still didn't have venting and drains and water lines in 8 weeks. Our whole project was delayed no one could work on walls, flooring because vents and lines weren't done. It was a huge debacle for our project that would've taken a company to do in a few weeks.

One guy came out and said that the whole system was set up wrong and after he messed around with it, it started working. A couple months later we get a bill for $3,000!!! On a heating system they did not install correctly. We said we were not paying it because THEY were the ones that did not do their jobs correctly. They threatened us with a lean on the house if we did not pay the bill. After I had my father talk to them, they brought it down to a little over $1,000 for the bill. On something that they did not install correctly to begin with.

This is after them taking a YEAR to get around to installing it in the first place. I should have just read the writing on the wall and just canceled it. That was a lot of money to waste on a poor product.
