I didn't want to turn anything back on unless it was safe. I called around various places but many were booked or couldn't guarantee service with a minimum $195 troubleshooting fee. They called me back right away. Despite having everyone scheduled out, hearing I had lost my heat with the safety concerns over melted electrical, they agreed to come out today to help me. Aaron was very courteous, responsive, and professional. He came prepared with a spare thermostat, even though I had already purchased one.
