With One Stop Home Repair, if an issue arises, you simply call the office and they address it promptly. We had a minor issue with an electrician, and not only did one stop adjust the bill, but they sent an electrician the following day to correct the problem, which was followed by a visit from the owner himself to look over the work to make sure that everything had been done correctly. We use them for electrical, plumbing, AC, heating, and now we are using them for cabinetry. This is a company that is entirely focused on the customer. Their values of Customer Service are anachronistic and are what one could have expected back in the 90s. They stand behind their work, they are extremely fair in pricing, and they back everything they do up completely. After having lived in our house for 14 years and having used countless contractors for different tasks, some of which were done well, and some of which were not, some of which could book an appointment in a reasonable lot of time, some of which vanished in the middle of the job, and some of which were impossible to make an appointment with, we now use one stop exclusively for literally everything in our house because their quality of service is far above anyone else's. We have complete confidence in this company, which is more than I can say for the vast majority of independent contractors who have come and gone. This is not a corporation staffed by indifferent employees. This is old-fashioned, personal service. We used this company to help switch over to propane. Which was $14,000 and we were fine with it…read morebecause we needed an new heating system. In the first couple weeks the water kept going cold, then the heat would not work. We called them and they would come out and "fix" the issue. Only for it to happen again. We finally got them to come out to "fix" it a final time to find out that they did not put the exhaust vent outside the house. Apparently when your exhaust vent is inside the house you cannot use an air freshener around it. Which we were not made aware of. One guy came out and said that the whole system was set up wrong and after he messed around with it, it started working. A couple months later we get a bill for $3,000!!! On a heating system they did not install correctly. We said we were not paying it because THEY were the ones that did not do their jobs correctly. They threatened us with a lean on the house if we did not pay the bill. After I had my father talk to them, they brought it down to a little over $1,000 for the bill. On something that they did not install correctly to begin with.
