We had a problem with the new flooring that was due to a manufacturer defect. Westwood contacted the manufacturer, replaced the problem boards and reduced the overall fee as compensation, basically returning the manufacturer's rebate. Several years later we had a wear problem on one of the other refinished floors that was likely our fault due to our Labrador retriever. After promptly coming out when contacted, Westwood's management said that "the stain should have held up better regardless" and refinished and restrained the floor at no charge. This is purely amazing service, with a total commitment to quality. I very highly recommend them!

We did a massive property renovation during COVID. I went to Home Depot, Lowe's and everywhere in between to find kitchen countertops - most would take 6 weeks to arrive from China and be installed due to COVID slowdowns and sanctions. So we said forget that and old fashioned Googled and found Angelo's instead. Angelo's already had a gorgeous Quartz white countertop piece --- already ready, and about 30% cheaper than the conventional sellers - all in a fraction of the time at 1.5 weeks. His guys came in, measured everything, created a template, and came back to install the piece. -- The did it all in one piece (without seams), exactly as we asked, customizing even the small design at the corner. This countertop is one of the masterpieces of this kitchen! The team is so nice, courteous, and polite to work with.
