Lunch choices made easy first a Signature Margarita and a Yuengling followed by Fish Tacos. We were too full to have dessert unless you count the chips and homemade salsa! Our server Megan was wonderful and so kind to us tired ladies. Yard work will do that to you. Project done and the kindness from her was so refreshing. While on a longer trip, we decided to try this place we had heard about. Although off the…read moreinterstate a bit, it was easy to find with a large sign on the front of the building. Located on the end of a strip mall, parking is plentiful. There are spaces adjacent to the building as well as across a traffic lane. I did not notice a specific handicapped space but since we were there later in the morning we were able to find a space near the front door. There is a step up to get onto the sidewalk as you enter. As you walk in, the display case is right in front. We had heard they sell out quickly, and the case was only half full when we got there. Still, the selection was large and had a good variety. The workers were very friendly and made several suggestions when we told them it was our first time there. Even a customer who came in after we started ordering gave a couple suggestions of her favorites. They have a good selection of gourmet donuts, with items like berries and custard, banana pudding, Oreo, German chocolate, etc. It would be impossible to not find something that piqued your curiosity. One thing I found unique and very appreciated was they fill your jelly donuts when you order them. That way they don't get soggy and break apart after sitting for a while. These are gourmet donuts done right. This will most likely become a regular stop for us as we travel through the area as they are definitely worth a side trip.
