Dr. Gregory Smull is absolutely phenomenal. He has a very nice bedside manner and is the best Sleep Doctor I have had since I had Dr. Wooten in Cincinnati, OH. He is very knowledgeable regarding Narcolepsy but didn't act like he knew everything, and he clearly has a good grip on the "One size doesn't fit all" when it comes to misunderstood diseases like Narcolepsy. It was worth the 45 minute drive to Derry NH to have my first appointment and he took the time to review all my records and didn't question me when I asked to be put on the medications that I know that work for me. If you have Narcolepsy or think you have a sleeping disorder I would highly recommend you scheduling an initial appointment with him. One last thing, I was most impressed with him because he agreed that I shouldn't need to do another MSLT test. The other doctor I have seen here absolutely would not consider helping me until I had the test and that test in particular is very difficult for me to do. Once you are diagnosed with Narcolepsy it doesn't just suddenly go away, he said. If anything it gets worse. So I am glad that he took the time to try to understand my individual needs and had compassion. His office staff is second to none. Very friendly. I didn't feel like I was just "another patient", and when I called the following day to check on one of my medications they knew me just by my name..

I have cold urticaria, which is quite rare, and after reading countless stories of doctors and allergists laughing at people with it because they had never heard of it, I was so relieved to be diagnosed right away. I believe she will strive for me to get the best care and look into every method she can find. I have already referred other people to her in online support groups. Although we are still tweaking mg medication, I believe we will eventually get it all down right.

The wait was 5 minutes. He comes out to get me seats me in the room tells me it is now time for his afternoon coffee and snack and that he will back in alittle bit. Mind you i am like every one else on a time schedule . He comes back with his coffee and snack and sits down. He asked me to explain what was going on (I at that point had been suffering from pneumonia for over two months in and out of the hospital) i started to explain when he cut me off. He asked my weight and height i told him . he then at that point told me the problem was that i was fat and that there was nothing he could do until i cared more about my own health , he told me to cut my calories to about 1000 a day and if i felt hungry it did not matter and to ignore it because i wont die from hunger, I told him the eating was not the problem but all the steriods and evrything else i had been prescribed contributed to my fast weight gain, He said just don't eat all then you wont die from not eating ,he went on to say that prioners of war dont eat for months and they dont die either will I , I then asked him about the recent developed growths in my lung he said dont worry you wont die of lung cancer tomorrow, I at that point was so floored i said nothing back and just wanted to leave . He did no testing and told me again that when i lost the 30 pounds that was making me fat and overweight i can shedule testing to resolve the nodules in my lung and to try to find out why i keep getting pnemonia . i at that point asked him one last question , He walked me out to the front desk and said let schedule the testing in four months that should give you enough time I said no i am all set . I will never ever go to him again and will strongly recommend you dont either never met such a arrogant rude tasteless doctor in my whole life

When I started seeing him I was having a lot of breathing issues that were affecting my quality of life. After some procedures and interventions we got the breathing under control and I now feel fitter and healthier than I have in a long time. Dr. Deshpande is thoughtful and cares deeply about his patients. He is very driven to improving the lives of his patients and so he takes a strategic and holistic approach, taking into account medical and behavioral aspects. I always know what the plan is. He knows what works and is not afraid to speak hard truths when it comes to self-defeating lifestyles. At the same time he always has a friendly smile and an encouraging word. If you are committed to your own health and to doing what it takes to get better, Dr. Deshpande is a great partner and mentor. I would highly recommend him.

Nahill and Wargovich are well educated and know their pulmonology but they are both getting a little long in the tooth. If John Wengryn and Barbara Larson could have their own practice, it would be great!

They effectively excommunicated me when I left their office. I've tried (literally) dozens of times. No response. I'm cordial, polite, reasonable, etc. Still, their byzantine phone tree goes unattended. My first appointment at this office was in December of 2017. I had a couple of pressing medical problems that often result in an aggregation of symptoms as they progress. For this reason, I was explicit in requesting an appointment, diagnosis, treatment plan, etc. as quickly as possible. I was able to book an appointment about a week out - not bad. Parking was lovely, the building, etc. But they didn't. DO. anythingg. They didn't contact insurance for approval of treatment that we agreed upon in the first appointment, they didn't call me, they didn't return my calls and when I tried to get my (awesome) insurance to help me, they couldn't get them after the first call they had either. I'd be surprised if they didn't rent this suite by the day.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a medical office. I don't think I have enough hours in the day to write all I want about Doctor Millis. After a very, very long and painful 6 years I got a referral to see Millis in Boston and that he did this procedure on young adult hips (that's me)...and he would fix me. I sent my x-rays ahead of time so he could determine if I was a candidate to see him and I was, duh. So his next consultation was 2 months away, booked! Long, long story short I saw him and booked my surgery that day for a few months later to have a PAO, total hip reconstruction surgery. As the time got closer and I did more research I got a little nervous. On my way to Boston the day before surgery, he called me HIMSELF. He is just the gentlest, greatest, most calming man I have met. ANY worry I have, he just shrugs it off (not in a bad) telling me that's not a big deal we'll fix it. He just makes me feel so incredibly comfortable and relaxed. His team is fantastic and if someone slacks off, they're gone. It's his way or the highway. He's the best, yes he's older...not as old as you think...but he knows hands down what he's doing, goes to conferences and stays on top of the techniques. I am 2+ years post on both hips and I feel amazing. My right hip was very bad and a "revision" may have been in the future and yes, it is. I'm having my third PAO in a few weeks and I am SO excited...it's a traumatic surgery, but I feel 110% normal and can do ANYTHING.
