Great and kind team of doctors, nurses, and staff. Careful with the parking lot though...that hill is no joke!

This year I ran into quite a mess with my insurance and Alysia at the front desk was BEYOND helpful- she went next level to not only help me figure out my issue but made sure she helped me resolve it- you don't often come across someone who wants to go above & beyond to help-- can't recommend them enough! read more

Honestly super disappointed with Burlington OBGYN Associates. I was due for my annual back in February and since then it's been cancelled on me repeatedly multiple times via phone call. The soonest they could see me again was September, which I also got a phone call that that appointment would need to be cancelled/rescheduled. There is no portal or other means besides phone call to reach the practice and at this point I'm honestly fed up and worried about receiving my routine care, as the receptionists have been pretty unhelpful and snarky when trying to call and reschedule appointments that they've cancelled on you. As someone who works in healthcare, I would not recommend this practice to anybody who needs to be seen in a timely manner. Will be going somewhere else for routine care going forward. read more

A friend highly recommended this practice when my last OB/GYN changed roles and I needed to find a new one. I registered as a new patient a year and a half ago and have not yet met my doctor. I couldn't get a new patient appt for 4 months but I took what they had and waited. Either the afternoon before or the morning of my appt the office called and said the doctor was out that day and they rescheduled me with an NP there. But I wanted to see MY new doctor and I asked to be rescheduled with her. They told me next available was 3 months out! I reluctantly ended up taking the appt with the NP. I asked if I could still schedule an appt with my new doctor in addition, so I could meet her because I was starting fertility treatment too, but they said I couldn't do that. fast forward to my appt this year. Now I'm in the middle of IVF with no OB still and I had an appt scheduled for next week. AGAIN, the office calls me and says they need to reschedule me because the doctor will be out that day and first available they have is 2 weeks later. I told them this wouldn't work because I need to get my Pap smear before my IVF procedure in 2 weeks but they said there was nothing they could do. i asked them to bump someone else and give me a sooner appt but they said they couldn't. why not? I've been bumped twice already. It doesn't feel good this deep into IVF and not even having ab OB yet, or a practice I feel I can depend on. Even the receptionist told me this happens a lot. If I could give zero starts, I would. Gynecologists generally do more than manage pregnancies but this group doesn't seem to do much outside of that. Terrible customer service. If you have any needs outside of the norm, go elsewhere. read more

Do you like long waits for issues that need to be seen promptly? Well, this is the place for you! My PCP said I needed to see an GYN *soon* for an issue. Called this practice explained the situation and symptoms - earliest appointment available 3 days later. Limp through those 3 days and office *closes* for snow (while all my other doctors' offices stay open). Call for new appointment on next business day - next appointment available is now 9 days away (15 days from original call). This place might be good for those who can wait 6 or 8 weeks for an appointment. I wish I had just called another practice on day 1. read more

Have the most amazing experience here every time I come. Was having issues for years and they were able to give me a proper diagnoses and help me get the care I needed. From problem visits to annual exams I have had the best experience possible. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Jen is the best! read more

All the staff and Dr. Anju nayar is very understanding and helped me understand everything small detail very nicely. Dr. Nayar listens to my concerns even the smallest one and answers them very sweetly. I went here for my first son who is 4 now and now for my second baby... Lovely people. read more

I personally had a bad experience with this OB-GYN office. I moved here from California and had to find all new doctors. This was my first office that I tried out. The NP that I saw ended up putting me on 3 rounds of antibiotics for a "condition" I never had.. I even went to a specialist for another opinion and she told me they had been over medicating me and that they were only making things worse and just causing inflammation. The PA and NP that I saw would literally tell me "I don't know" when I asked would ask questions or how I could come about something that was impossible for me to have, and were prescribing me antibiotics anyways. Honestly, I had a terrible experience here and they only made my health worse, so I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

Dr.Nayar and her staff are ahhmazing. I have always looked forward to my appointments. They are efficient and extremely thorough; great bedside manners. Dr.Nayar has never rushed my appointments and takes her time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Options are discussed in great detail and I have never felt pressured to do anything that I didn't want to do. Highly recommend Dr.Nayar and her practice. This office is affiliated with Winchester Hospital where both the delivery and mom & baby units are nothing short of wonderful! read more

I am so blessed to have had Dr. Nayar as my gynecologist. She walked me through every step in the journey of my pregnancy with reassurance, support and a gentle smile. The staff of Burlington ObGyn are exceptional. The ladies at the front desk, the lab staff and ultrasound staff, the NP and PA, all of them were always so polite and helpful. I had always had someone to answer my questions at any time if I called the office. This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. There are obviously a lot of unknowns and doubts every first time parents have during the pregnancy and labor. Dr. Nayar always made sure that we were completely informed about what's going on, at the same time always tried to calm me at every point and made me feel very hopeful and positive. I visited Burlington OBGYN last year after needing a colposcopy and previously having my pap smears done with my PCP. The colposcopy was as easy as it could be and Dr. Nayar was very gentle and explained the whole process to me and kept me at ease the whole time. I went back again today for my pap smear and saw Melissa, one of the NPs and she was like a little ray of sunshine. She was just the sweetest and talked through everything and made sure I was okay the whole time. Everyone was super nice and helpful, from the front desk to the women who took my vitals, etc. I would definitely recommend Burlington OBGYN to anyone. read more

My wife was seeing them for pregnancy care, and we are both extremely unhappy with them. They hide their charges from you until you receive the bill. If you question them about the bill they will send you on a hot potato phone spree throughout their office and billing dept without anyone answering your questions. They tried to withhold our medical records if we didn't first pay our bill, which is a HIPAA violation. The list can go on. Bottom line, stay away from this office and their shady practices. They took our money before we switched to another business. Don't let them take yours. read more

This office is quick and efficient. You never spend too much time waiting on anyone. But the best part about this place is P.A. Kelly Pastor!!! She is great at what she does and you can see she loves it. I highly recommend her and her office. read more

I had a bad experience here and ended up switching to a new OBGYN. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. I would call and ask questions/ask them to send them a concern onto my doctor. They wouldn't. I would see my doctor and she would tell me no one ever gave her the message. The receptionists were rude to me and to my spouse when he came to my 20 week scan. We are both vaccinated and were wearing masks in an empty waiting room at the end of the day and one staff member came out and demanded my husband leave because it was against Covid protocol for him to be in the waiting room. It was literally empty except for the two of us. A minute later she called me in for my appointment. It was so stupid especially since lots of other practices don't have this rule about pregnant women not being able to have their husband or partner at their appointments with them. The doctors were unhelpful and would always try to rush through the appointments. Felt like they didn't care about me or my unborn baby so I left and I am really thankful I did. read more

Dr. Anju Nayar was my OBGYN since my second trimester and it was indeed a great experience for me. It was my first baby and everything was new to me. Dr. Anju Nayar carefully listens to my concerns and helps me get through it. My son was delivered at Winchester Hospital and luckily she was the one who handled the delivery. It was a normal delivery and baby came out healthy. read more
