Due to the nature of the business, I'm going to keep this review brief. In short, they don't have a live phone number and they don't respond to their messages. They effectively excommunicated me when I left their office. I've tried (literally) dozens of times. No response. I'm cordial, polite, reasonable, etc. Still, their byzantine phone tree goes unattended. My first appointment at this office was in December of 2017. I had a couple of pressing medical problems that often result in an aggregation of symptoms as they progress. For this reason, I was explicit in requesting an appointment, diagnosis, treatment plan, etc. as quickly as possible. I was able to book an appointment about a week out - not bad. Parking was lovely, the building, etc. But they didn't. DO. anythingg. They didn't contact insurance for approval of treatment that we agreed upon in the first appointment, they didn't call me, they didn't return my calls and when I tried to get my (awesome) insurance to help me, they couldn't get them after the first call they had either. I'd be surprised if they didn't rent this suite by the day. read more

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a medical office. They do not ever answer the phone, they do not ever call back, they never get you referrals, they do not fill prescriptions. I've been forced to pay a huge unnecessary bill that insurance would have covered because they wouldn't call me back to give me the correct referral number. Absolutely avoid this place. read more

Dr Bader has a terrific office and team. They are as professional and communicative as any medical professionals I have ever used. The Physician's Assistant (PA) I see there, Erin, is very professional and competent, and has earned my trust. Dr Bader's team is *very* quick to return messages through the Patient on-line portal, and I get more medical feedback of medical test results than I have ever had before. I feel like I am getting best medical care I have ever gotten. The office is easy to get to, and has easy parking. read more

I too have tried to no avail to get an appointment with this doctor! I have tried several times and have left a number of messages--none of them returned! I do not how a doctor can allow such horrible patient service. I am looking for a new doctor! read more

I saw Dr. Bader years ago because he was at the same practice as my doctor, he definitely left an impression on me. He left that practice as did I. After going to several practices with horrible results I searched out and found Dr. Bader again. By far the best practice I have been to. Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating. I'm guessing he wasnt taking new patients if you were not getting a response, as that has not been an issue with me. read more

Dr. Badar and Erin O'Connor are competent practitioners. I have never had difficulty reaching the office although many times it has been through a voice mail or email. It is a busy office with too many phone calls for one receptionist to process along with checking out patients. Dr. Bader was also the physician who saw my daughter when hospitalized at Winchester Hospital as the pulmonary specialists. He was excellent. read more

Very rude and unprofessional staff. All three of them with tatoos and piercings (some kind of a gothic doctor's office?). The doctor did not take time to talk to me at all. He was done with me in less than 15 minutes! Very hard to get an appointment with him, even when I was sick and mentioned that to his appointment taker. Again, very rude, impatient and arrogant office staff. Better look for another PCP.... read more

Michael Bader, MD Stoneham MA Unlike Andres L., I do go to this physician and have for the past 17 years. I have followed Dr Bader through 3 different offices and must say, the staff at the current office is absolutely wonderful! So what if TWO (2) of the girls have tattoos and might I add NO piercings other than earrings - does this affect YOUR care? I having NO tattoos, and never wanting any myself, think it is a shame that someone would rate another person or an office for that matter, on how people choose to express themselves. Again, does a person having tattoos affect YOUR care? And as for a "GOTHIC" nature; have you ever seen a so called GOTHIC person with colorful butterfly tattos? You are too funny. And the only time I have EVER seen or heard of anyone in that office speaking to a patient rather loudly or with full meaning and force in their voice, is if a patient is yelling at them and refuses to listen to what is being said. I, at my job, also speak to clients rather abruptly if they choose to speak harshly to me. What gives anyone the right to speak to another person like that? Would you walk into your Attorneys office and yell at him/her? Why is it okay to do so at a physicians office? Further more, and sorry this is so long, if you have an appointment with a doctor, ANY doctor, for a 15 minute appointment, which is how Dr Bader schedules appointments, unless it is a yearly check-up, than yes - you only get 15 minutes. You might want to check your facts before you put incorrect information on the internet. I would guarantee that if you contact the office at any given time, you will be pleasantly surprised by the kindness you receive. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. The BEST doctor with the WORST OFFICE STAFF IN EXISTENCE. Dr. Bader is an expert physician. His receptionist is an expert b*tch. She ignores calls, handing them off to the ignorant message service. She refuses to forward or return calls. She will tell you Dr. Bader cannot be seen, instead referring you to his teenage medical assistants. Are you sick? In pain? Do not call on a Friday, you will get no help. The only way to deal with this staff is to appear in the office in person. She has a harder time ignoring you when you're in her face. read more

Avoid this doctor! My husband went to Dr. Bader on a recommendation from two friends. Last fall, the doctor persuaded my husband NOT to have a flu shot. Well, he got the flu! AND, he lost his senses of taste and smell. He's tried, unsuccessfully, on several occasions, to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Bader. He's left messages, and talked to the receptionist. No one has called him back! When you call their office, you get a message saying that someone will respond within 48 hours. 48 hours??!! Are you kidding me??!! As far as I'm concerned, this doctor -- and his office staff -- are in the wrong business. read more

Dr. Baders office refuses to see my husband or even just call in a prescription for him. our sons pediatrician told us he has something that we all needed to be treated for. I called my doctors office and they called in a prescription for me no problem. However it seems to be a huge inconvenience for Dr. Baders office to do the same knowing very well that we have called multiple times. saying that my husband has to go to a dermatologist. which would take weeks making my husband suffer. Also the after hours answering service lady had a very rude tone when I called them. read more
