They said labor and freon were not under warranty. They charged me over $1500 plus a service call to come out. Most companies waive the service charge if you use them to do the job. They hit me with all they had. Everyone one that I have mentioned it to says I got screwed since the parts were under warranty. That would be like having your car manufacturer have a recall or warranty part replacement charging you to fix their faulty equipment.
