My furnace went out on Friday the 1/13/24. They sent a tech out the same day. He tried to fix the problem but within hours it went out again. They came back and charged me over $200.00 to try and fix again. That lasted for about 3 hours. Finally we decided the unit needed to be replaced. A salesman came out a few days before Christmas and told us about new units and told us that he would get back to us. Now I know it wasn't going to be fixed during the holiday, but he could have called me back as he said he would. I called a different company they tried to fix the furnace but the same thing happened. The tech got it running and then it went out after 3 hours. So we had to bite the bullet and ordered a new AC and Furnace! We had a new one put in on 1/3/25 by another company! I'm still waiting for advantage to call me. We had no heat for 3weeks. I'm happy to be warm again no thanks to Advantage!!

I have spent another 5 weeks and two other service companies coming out to inspect the work. Now, I have to completly replace the work done by AFACH. My warranty company is paying for the fix. They put the wrong part in and put it in the wrong way. There are many other things that I could include about smaller things that were not done right, but trust when I say this company is dangerous and not worth using. Please use a different company. I have reported them to the home warranty company, the BBB, and any thing else I can think of.

This type of AC unit is way more efficient. Just got it so not sure yet how much it will reduce my bill but I can tell you that it is whisper quiet and the house is ice cold. The way it works helps remove humidity and I am sure the drier air is why the house just feels much colder at the same temperature setting
