My furnace went out on Friday the 1/13/24. They sent a tech out the same day. He tried to fix the problem but within hours it went out again. A salesman came out a few days before Christmas and told us about new units and told us that he would get back to us. Now I know it wasn't going to be fixed during the holiday, but he could have called me back as he said he would. I called a different company they tried to fix the furnace but the same thing happened. The tech got it running and then it went out after 3 hours. So we had to bite the bullet and ordered a new AC and Furnace! We had a new one put in on 1/3/25 by another company! I'm still waiting for advantage to call me. We had no heat for 3weeks. I'm happy to be warm again no thanks to Advantage!!

They put the wrong part in and put it in the wrong way. There are many other things that I could include about smaller things that were not done right, but trust when I say this company is dangerous and not worth using. Please use a different company. I have reported them to the home warranty company, the BBB, and any thing else I can think of.
