I would not recommend this appraiser. She did an appraisal on a property that came in at almost 50% of what the property had appraised for the year before. She had adjustments for square footage of $6 per square foot which is just ridiculous. My client said she was rude and very unprofessional. We would certainly not recommend this woman to conduct any manner of appraisal whatsoever. Her valuation of a 4 bedroom 2 bath property sitting on 1.41 acres of land didn't even reflect the value of the land even in todays market conditions. Apart from the house, there is a newly built 4 bay garage, large workshop and outbuildings,2 Koi ponds and 2 well stocked lily ponds, plus a newly constructed passive solar sun room. Would never recommend this person for her "services". 10 weeks to deliver the appraisal and then had to be adjusted several times because her math was wrong. Uncommunicative, difficult and inefficient. Even the mortgage company was shocked by her behavior. She also tries to throw in "extra" fees. Find another appraisal company.
