It was wonderful to be able to call Big Trees and set a time to see their trees. Daniel took us around and also helped us as we considered several types of trees. We determined that a Somerset Red Maple would be large enough and that it would be relatively easy on yard maintenance. The tour helped us decide that we really needed a tall (30' feet) to enjoy in the next few years. Big Trees was excellent at setting up a date and delivering the tree. It was amazing just to watch the equipment as they dug the hole and planted the tree (see pictures). Now we just need to follow their directions. Felix and the staff planting the tree were easy to work with. They helpled take down and reinstall part of our fence and they cleaned upt he site very well.

I purchased a shower conversion from Kohler/Pacific Bath in early 2023 replacing a 35 year old bath…read moretub. The installers arrived on time, had all of the equipment he needed and did the demo. Unfortunately, we found I had water damage due to years of leakage. This needed to be repaired and it stopped work. The repairs were done that weekend and they came out a couple of days later and did a good job getting the done quickly. This included sending out someone to retexture the walls and ceiling where they worked to ensure it was seamless. I haven't had any major problems at all but noticed after a year or so that some of the hand rails were getting loose. I called Pacific bath and they sent a person out quickly who tuned everything up. While there he noticed a small issue at the top of the shower that we had not seen. He reported it and Pacific Bath sent someone out today to replace the entire wall! They could have short cut the repair with caulking but no, the installer said they wanted to do it right. I am very impressed with their customer service and appreciate the extra steps they took to ensure I won't have future problems. I highly recommend them if you are considering a conversion.

Their "superior" wall material broke twice when they were cutting it to fit, each break causing a 1 day delay in completion. My 2 day install took 5DAYS. When I requested a rebate for the value of my time (3 extra days of sitting around my house, either waiting for them to show up or being here while they were working), they refused to give me any credit. They offered me a gift basket, which mostly consisted of crummy items from Kohler that they probably got for free from the company. If I could give a 1/2 credit, I would add it for their installers, who were great, but their management team was worthless. Once they had their money they didn't give a damn.

They came out to the property within 24 hours to give an assessment and make suggestions. I was very pleased with the recommendations and I hired them. He brought back a design that was really creative that gave our front entry way a totally different and welcome look. David was our site coordinator who worked with his foreman, Fernando, and his crew Chris and Luis. These guys are skilled, work hard and get the job done. They put in pavers, a pathway, updated our plants and figured out how to tie in to an unmapped 35 year old irrigation system. They kept the site clean and completed a very big project in about two weeks. David was in frequent contact with us on pricing, job progress, and provided a lot of good support for both his crew and us as owners. We are more then pleased with their work.
