I kindly asked the lady for the balance and right away she gave me attitude- "who is your father-in-law?!" I don't know who you are?!" I explained to her that my father-in-law was ill and I was doing him a favor by picking up some needed supplies (detergent, toothpaste, soap....) She then tells me, aggressively, "Well I need to see his ID and his insurance!" she then walks away. I went home and got his ID and insurance card and when I returned the lady gave me a hard time. "I've never seen you before!" and she continues telling other customers "I don't know why he (me) comes here without proper identification." This was clearly my first time doing this and I understand she is doing her job but her approach is uncalled for and totally unprofessional. I followed all the rules and she continued to be rude and unhelpful. I walked to the aisle where the detergents are and she yells "you can't get anything from that aisle!" I replied- but he always gets detergent and all the approved items from this aisle. Then she says "I don't know how!" and then she continues to talk to other customers about the situation. I was embarrassed and left. This woman is clearly miserable and should not be working there. I called the pharmacy on Central Ave and they were welcoming and did not give me any issue. This lady should be fired! ****Update: The nasty woman called my Mother-In-Law on 12/28 and threatened she'll report this to the precinct if I don't take this post down! This is sad! I would not want this woman representing my business and it's sad that a business like Sam's Drugs continues to protect her!

I never went back to my previous pharmacies since then. They coordinate most things over text, they will give you a call if needed, which is so convenient.
