Nothing humbles you faster than a cracked windshield. Thankfully, these folks know exactly what they're doing. Around 4 years later I called him because one of the two blinds was no longer opening or closing without getting bound up. We had to schedule quite far out because he was so busy but he returned as scheduled in two vans with his helper just in case he needed assistance and within about 45 minutes had it working well again. As before, he was punctual, polite and respectful and to my surprise he did not even charge me for his service call.
