Around 4 years later I called him because one of the two blinds was no longer opening or closing without getting bound up. We had to schedule quite far out because he was so busy but he returned as scheduled in two vans with his helper just in case he needed assistance and within about 45 minutes had it working well again. As before, he was punctual, polite and respectful and to my surprise he did not even charge me for his service call. I was expecting to have to pay for his time given that it was around 4 years later. Matt showed by his kind actions that he is all about service and that he values his customers and a long term relationship with them. I cannot recommend him and his company highly enough. DIY is sketchy at best 2) looong re-screening lead times...and actually, looooong lead times if buying new screens. We did both, it took 5-weeks for a small job. Not a big house we have. 3) They say they'll "contact you" when stuff is ready for pickup...guess what? Never a call...or email...or text. Nada 4) Rudeness. There's just an "attitude" with these people. Unfriendly vibe. So, no, I can't review them low enough. Use them at your own discretion. I bet donuts to dollars you'll come away just like me.

Penny didnt even put up the valance to cover her botched job. Penny said she hangs blinds all the time with a huge gap between the door jam and the start of the blinds. I would never recommend Burmeisters as they do not and will not return your calls or stand by there work. I am shocked they are in business

I lived in my house for three years and when something would come up that required a simple fix from the landlords (ie: a leak in the sink, broken knob on the shower), instead of doing what we're paying an obscenely large amount for what pretty much equated to a shoebox with holes in it, Terry would get angry with us and refuse to fix the issue. Instead, we were sent a bill for a service that would come fix the problem. As if this wasn't absurd enough, when there was a section of the kitchen floor that needed to be replaced, Terry LIED to us and said that the entire floor needed to be replaced, because "they dont make that rare tile anymore". Oh they don't make shitty plastic linoleum cheap ass stickers anymore? They don't make GRAY TILE FLOOR STICKERS? I honestly feel bad for the guy because I don't know what kind of delusion he is living in when he is going to feel comfortable charging $15,000 for that shitbox. If it was so rare then why did I see dollar tree selling damn near the exact same thing?? AND THEN when we decided that we've had enough of these fuckers, about a month after moving out, I get a call from airheads wife. She asks me for my new address to which I respond "Why?". She informs me that she needs my new address so that she can send me my security deposit back. So I comply. ABOUT A WEEK LATER I get a stack of bills, charging me for cleaning companies THEY hired weeks after we had already moved out. And these charges were beyond y'all....one of them literally was a $50 charge for SPIDER WEBS OUTSIDE!!!??!??!?? IN WHAT WORLD would I pay a fee for having BUGS on the OUTSIDE of my house??? And if it couldn't get worse, these charges amounted to somewhere around $3000, with information on these companies VENMO accounts at the bottom of each page. Is that not scammy as fuck? I would love to have Terry TRY and explain to me the logic and reasoning behind some of their "business" decisions, and I would like to have a psychologist present and evaluating him, along with a crew of mental health professionals on the go, ready to 5150 this dude. needless to say dont rent from them.
