I use Tracy Care pharmacy for my kids and for the few prescriptions I can't get by mail order. My…read moremail order, OptumRx, is the worst at giving me correct information but I use them for the discounted price on prescriptions since some are very expensive. This past month they messed up big time and admitted to it. I was told something was converted and requested it be mailed out. 3 weeks later I checked back because I didn't get it. The rep. was not only wrong about my benefits but my Rx also didn't get mailed out. Once I spoke to them I realized I had 3 days left. Normally (it happens so often!) when that when happens they over night it out to me. But they couldn't because it was time for another prior authorization. An Optum supervisor had to get it processed with my doctor. Once approved I had 1 day left. I asked the pharmacist at Tracy Care pharmacy if he could fill it and he it had to be ordered. And it's Friday. I called back for status and he went ahead and paid to have it delivered tomorrow, on a Saturday! I'm beyond grateful. He's always going the extra mile for me or one of my kids' medications. And all the employees are always so nice!

All of the staff greet us with a smile and a willingness to help us with whatever we need. Every time I call, whoever answers is pleasant and considerate of my needs. On occasion I will ask to speak to the pharmacist and if he is not on the other phone line, he immediately comes on and talks to me. He doesn't rush me but takes whatever time I need to deal with whatever I am asking. If he's on the other line, he calls me back within 10 minutes. The pharmacy always keeps track of when our medicine is due for refill and if the medicine needs the doctor's ok, he contacts the doctor's office. That is such a wonderful service to offer because in this busy life, sometimes it's easy to forget until we're out. I would highly recommend Tracy Care Pharmacy to anyone who wants personal service with a smile.

This facility is a clinic not a hospital so we can only get limited care. There's no optometrists…read more(you'd have to go somewhere else). I think specialty care has to be conducted elsewhere. But you can get to see practitioners and get vaccinated here. I'm really annoyed at this clinic. I'm tired of these clerks/staff (whoever is slotting appointments) rescheduling our appointments without our knowledge. The fact that they call the day before to confirm your appointment then cancels it is unacceptable. The person at the desk stated that the tech that changed my appointment said "I came in to change it which makes me laugh. I never changed it. She confused us with patient. I wouldn't be so upset except that this is not the first time that this has happened. I'm just glad another patient was nice enough to give us her appointment slot. I hope this is the last time this happens. The quality of customer service when it comes to scheduling is really mediocre and needs improvement. However. To check in you have to ring a doorbell and a nurse will let you in first taking your temperature. If everything is fine you will be about to come in and fill out paperwork if needed and are seated right away. A few minutes later a nurse will come in and take you across the hall where the patients rooms are. They will do the regular procedure to checking your blood pressure and weight all that good stuff lol. They will have you wait for the doctor once the doctor will come in and check you out and see what your concerns are. If you need bloodwork they will refer you to a laboratory up the street!
