Very bizarre and expensive experience. ( I don't blame anyone but myself for this). I was given the "I am not a doctor" before going into my appointment. However, during my appointment and after listing all my symptoms and how gynecologists have told my I have suspected endometriosis, I was told by Kristine that I don't have that during muscle testing. I was shocked at such a bold statement ONLY because it went against the "I am not a doctor" statement I was told. I convinced myself this woman had a strong intuition until my chronic pelvic pain did not subside from the tinctures I was given. Which ... they weren't supposed to. It was only something western medicine could handle. Here I am two weeks post op with all endometriosis excised from my bladder and deep from my pelvis. So, Yes. I did have that. But the point of this review is that I was told I didn't have something..... when I absolutely did. It did not align with the " I am not a doctor" which I was told twice. If you are not a doctor, then how come I am being told I don't have something? Everything was very speedy and rushed... but I am assuming that is all because routine is the same for every person. Listen to symptoms, muscle test, and send home with 2-3 tinctures/ vitamins. Waiting for the western medicine and natural path world to align and become one instead of being so separate from each other!!! Hopefully one day. I see reviews that this practice is a scam, I think it is in some ways, but for some people (especially when their symptoms are mental, body is low in vitamins, contains parasites, etc. ) it could really help but it seems to be an expensive guessing game that is for sure. read more

After reading so many 5 star reviews, I was desperate to give this a try, even with the high initial price point (approximately $200 for the appointment and homeopathic drops). I have to agree with another recent reviewer that this is a scam. The entire process was strange from start to finish in terms of what she does to check the body energy. None of it makes sense and you can watch her video on Yelp to see what I mean. I have chronic gastritis and came in for help with that. What she found and the drops given did not help me. Actually a very natural remedy did recently, but nothing that was done during this appointment or following. I am not sure how what she does helps people with digestive issues and I don't think she should be advertising that she can help with that. I also don't think she should be ripping people off with such a high initial price point when there are no guarantees and what she does is pretty hard to believe as legitimate. In her reply to another review, she writes: "As to the cost. I charge considerably less than other therapists doing what I am doing because I really enjoy helping people and I don't want it to be cost prohibitive. I usually see positive results within two to three visits and I am often seeing people who have been to many specialists in the medical field so I feel really good about my ability to help." Please note: If you make $40k or less a year, her prices are still going to prohibitively expensive. I'm not surprised she doesn't see that. I went to her back in 2016 or 2017 because of unexplained leg swelling and back pain. I think about 3-4 times I went, and didn't feel better. Could not keep up with the costs, either. And I also didn't appreciate, as a woman of color, being asked about my nordic-looking name. Asking someone "so where did you get your name?" because they don't look like how you would expect someone with that name to look is a microaggression, by the way. read more

Kristine is heaven sent! I'm a big fan of alternative medicine. When I was having foot pain or neck pain I researched around and thankfully found Kristine near my office in Cambridge. She has healed my body of various issues over the course of 3+ years seeing her (I go in periodically if something feels 'off' or if I have pain). Her technique is not right for everyone and if you are one of those people that only believe in modern science/medicine, this may not be the right place for you due to your own skepticism. I don't really know what to say. I went for a consultation a few weeks ago, and was dismayed to discover that this was not at all what I expected, and I'd go so far as to say it's a sham. I hate posting negative reviews and almost never do, but this has been weighing on me these past few weeks as I had to shell out almost $200 for less than 30 minutes (not even a full hour) of nothing more than some smoke and mirrors tricks. I think it's important to let others know so they don't make the same mistake I did. She is a lovely woman and we had a nice conversation but otherwise I gained absolutely nothing from the experience. I don't have much money, and I feel that my medical concerns were exploited. I don't recall when I went to Kristine last since my last post in July. Its Nov, and I am pain free. Before coming in to CSH&W, I thought I would be getting a traditional session about correcting my posture, with exercises to do on my own and things to remember. I learned so much more - how everything in the body is connected and working like circuitry, responses / balances in my own body I had no idea existed, etc. The stuff is fascinating, and made me want to know more. A true blessing !!! Words can not explain how grateful I am to have found her! I am from Mexico I was in own because I brought my daugther to Boston children's hospital for consultation, she had a very bad reaction to the medications (anti seizure )that she received in the hospital. I can't believe how much Kristine has helped me with my heath issues. I have been struggling with allergies, hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue for years. I have seen every doctor and holistic healthcare practitioner under the sun--or so it seems. I have spent thousands on supplements and various therapies. But nothing really ever seemed to help. Then one day I heard Kristine on a local radio show and she said that what she does is help people figure out what their bodies need right now. For instance, acupuncture might help one person tremendously but might not be very helpful for me (right now) and my issue. I found Kristine last year after I had been dealing with debilitating fatigue and a whole host of other symptoms (among them GI issues, absent periods, hair falling out, terrible heart palpitations, leg weakness, etc.) that had stumped my regular doctors and ultimately put me out of full-time work at age 30. Kristine is absolutely incredible. I went to her completely helpless- suffering from extreme dizziness, nausea, and stomach pain. I could barely get to work some days and had to leave early from work multiple times. I went to multiple doctors and the ER, and no solutions. I found Kristine- she was vibrant, warm and so easy to talk to. She is very intuitive, humble, and uses different techniques to ask the body what it needs. In October 2015 I was diagnosed with Graves' disease, and was advised to start medication; unfortunately, I was the unlucky 10% that developed an allergic reaction to anti-thyroid drugs. The endocrinologist's next best offer was complete removal of the thyroid. I was not ok with that and sought second, and then third opinions, only to hear the same resounding affirmation that in modern medicine, a full thyroidectomy was the only option.
