I live in Boulder in a known cell tower dead zone and often miss calls or drop calls midway. She was snarky when I told her that I hadn't gotten her call. I gave her my daughter's cell phone as a backup in case she had trouble reaching me for my 3rd scheduled make-up appointment. When I didn't get that call but she reached my daughter my daughter called me and asked me what her problem was bc she was so snarky with her. So I got the third makeup appointment booked and decided that I would check other places as I really was starting to wonder about this place and their other negative Yelp reviews reinforce the feeling that I got from my 3-4 contacts with this outfit. Got booked with a terrific company, A Brighter Glow in Brighton and had the best experience on the phone with an immediate confirmation and followup text and the tech Roy was professional and prompt and meticulous. I will be a repeat customer of theirs and the contrast in professionalism and customer care is like night and day with The Gas Connection. I am sure that they would have cancelled on me the 3rd time and I am glad that I don't have to deal with Sherri ever again.

He took us to the granite factory to choose the color we like and explain the difference very well, and how the price be different. Their work was very efficiently and always followed the schedule. Caulking deficiency didn't cover around entire sink and granite, asked to put caulking on one corner near wall. Didn't make hole for sink sprayer, had to ask they almost left without it. Dishwasher very wobbly when opening all the way. Clean-up rags left under sink and sawdust under one of the compartments. Not thorough.

It was an emergency and time‑sensitive situation, and their response was incredible. The team dried out the water damage the very next morning, tested for mold, communicated directly with my insurance, and within just a few days my tile and drywall looked better than ever. I had never filed a claim before or dealt with an issue involving multiple layers like tile, drywall, and plumbing, and I couldn't have handled it without them. Cesar was assigned as our project manager and he was nothing short of wonderful to work with. He was friendly, communicated well and kept us in the loop throughout the project. He was regularly onsite, made sure to introduce every person who came in to work on our home, and ensured everyone was respectful to our property and the job was done right the first time. He genuinely cared about our home and treated us like family. Every person who came in--whether they were here to paint, drywall, install floors, clean, etc.--was kind and respectful, and provided high-quality work.
