Do not do business with this company without a specific contract, with ALL details spelled out and agreed to in advance, including scope, costs, and warranty. I would give his company a zero star if I was able to at this point. He even said the reason I was 'complaining' was because I was "a f**king Mexican". I used Yelp to try and find a good company and this is who Yelp recommended. I recommend Yelp remove his company from their recommendation list.

They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves very well. The yard looked amazing when they finished. I had gotten several estimates and theirs was one of the lowest. The only negative comment I could make was that I had to be persisten to get them to come back and aim my sprinkler heads to the grass instead of the fence (I don't know how to do that).

They have done my regular winter/spring work on my sprinklers, as well as repair them pretty substantially when I first bought the house. They do great work, definitely recommend.

The man who took my call was very professional and when appointment day came I was texted when the service technician was headed my way. A half hour later and on time he went right at fixing the problem- actually two repairs were needed but 30 minutes later he had everything fixed and was on his way. What was most impressive was he wasn't looking to add more time or parts to beef the bill up. The technician was prompt, honest, hardworking and very courteous. I used to use Swingle which wasn't bad but these guys are a cut above and won a new customer. Definitely recommend Piper Sprinkler.

Unfortunately, their work is terrible and prices high. They connected the drip irrigation system to the HOT WATER supply at my home. When I figured it out about 2 months later, they did come out to fix it. But the rest was also shoddy work: no valve box outside, just a cut out cover (I added white plastic "floor" in photo as a temporary mud/dirt barrior before replacing the whole thing), no water resistant connectors for the wiring, only one zone/valve for watering front and back (what they recommended, which I followed without doing my homework so partially my fault). As for the artificial turf, they didn't properly prepare the subsurface and so it remained level for only a short time and is now uneven, with some parts sunken in (hard to see in photo, so bricks are there to show slope of hole), and has wrinkled where the other turf has been pulled . They also put seam in a section that could have been covered with a single roll (see photo) but they didn't have sufficient material to do it right. Miserable experience.

Something is not right with this company. My wife called to have them come give a quote to do a…read morerepair for a broken sprinkler line. They showed up, checked the sprinklers, and without giving any quote just did the repair. The entire process took about half an hour. Sounds great, right? Except they then proceeded to have my wife pay $164 for about 10 minutes of actual work. Also, gave my wife a card and had the check made out to "All About Sprinklers." The repair was great and fast, but never would have paid that much if I was there. They took advantage and are misrepresenting who they actually are. In addition, they didn't even bother adjusting the sprinklers, so one was hitting my house. Then, instead of resetting it for us, he informed my wife that our watering settings weren't sufficient. For the amount charged, he could have at least taken care of it. Lesson learned and life moves on, but I don't recommend using this company.
