He felt it was important to insult me and call *me* mean rather than apologize. I'm amused that he contacted me months after the incident. In what world is it ever okay for a serviceman to walk up to a house and begin doing the work without knocking on the door and identifying himself first? Oh and by the way, he also did about $80 worth of damage to the connector on the sprinkler system according to our sprinkler serviceman who came out the following week. Do not do business with this company without a specific contract, with ALL details spelled out and agreed to in advance, including scope, costs, and warranty. I would give his company a zero star if I was able to at this point. He even said the reason I was 'complaining' was because I was "a f**king Mexican". I used Yelp to try and find a good company and this is who Yelp recommended. I recommend Yelp remove his company from their recommendation list.

They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves very well. The yard looked amazing when they finished. I had gotten several estimates and theirs was one of the lowest. The only negative comment I could make was that I had to be persisten to get them to come back and aim my sprinkler heads to the grass instead of the fence (I don't know how to do that).

The company was very patient and helpful with our questions, and the pricing was cheaper than several other quotes we received from other companies. The company was able to put up an ~80 foot privacy fence within the span of a day, complete with a side gate. During construction, the crew hit our irrigation line. We got an email at the end of the day to inform us they'd be back the following day to do a full repair of the exposed hose. Overall, we had a great experience! Also, the company provided the option for a free sealant option with fence installation.
