We recently had some doors widened, painting and floors redone. As far aS painting and doors they…read moreare good. The flooring is a different story. In less than 5 months flooring started coming up around us. Duct taping to keep from tripping now. I wanted glue down vinyl planks but they talked me out of it (more prepping for them and said you can't have any cracks which all we have is hairline)First off they laid this floating lock vinyl planks in kitchen on top of dishwasher mount so when dishwasher went out we had to have them come out do it right, pull flooring up and relay it and do it right by laying it to the wall before we could even get dishwasher out. Repairmen couldn't believe the sloppy short cut of a job. Flooring company where RRR sent us to buy flooring hired inspector to come out and reported back that it was RRR installation problem. RRR not taking responsibility and blaming on flooring company and we are stuck in the middle. We spent $12,000 for a floor that's literally falling apart in less than 6 months. RRR say they will re-install for an additional $4500 PLUS cost of new flooring. We are looking at another $7000 - $8000. I'm in a wheelchair, have MS and this has caused us consuming stress since August. (Another 5 months) I can't sleep I'm so upset which causes my symptoms to get worse. What happened to customer satisfaction, or to do the right thing? I could NEVER recommend them.
