Then found out that I waited 3 freaking weeks to be seen because my appointment was canceled because I didn't have the MRI DISK in my hand the DAY BEFORE my appointment- even tho I was going to get my MRI's down that day. To top it off I was told by the Ortho doctor - that surgery most likely wouldn't be an option even for the grade of separation of my shoulder because I'm not a 35 year or younger MALE because MALES do more heavy lifting jobs - WHAT??!! She didn't even ask me what I do for work!!! The kicker - female doctor! So because I'm not a Male and YOUNGER THAN 35 I don't deserve the option of surgery to fix my separated shoulder!!! When I explained I had pain from injection they failed to acknowledge it and when I asked multiple times for copies of my procedures they kept putting it off and never sent them to me. I went in with pain on my left side and now have to live with intense pain on my right side due to their error that they will not own up to. I regret every day having this procedure done.

The staff, beginning from the Front Desk, to Jose, and Kenysa in the Procedure Room, to Elena, Pre.Op, Steve in Post Op, are a well oiled machine working in concert to make the procedures flow smooth. They have treated me like a family member, very respectful and professional. Oh and one more person Crysral Young is an amazing Office Mgr. She has always been so supportive when I contact each time. As luck would have it, I was in an accident and had to return for his expertise since I wasn't able to function. When you arrive, Rachel, his PA goes into great detail and will examine you before Dr. Leonard comes to talk to you. She spent a great deal of time documenting my pain and symptoms. As a patient, this is something you want - by the time Dr. Leonard gets to you he's studied your MRI films, written reports, a physician's assistant review, findings and vitals. This is an abundant amount of information for any doctor to recommend the best for his patients. I'm very confident with Dr. Leonard.
