RIN AWAY. After finally getting a referral from primary care and waiting many weeks, I contacted them. Then was told that their doctors must review to see if they would accept me as their patient. Then they'll contact me. First of all, you have to call a number that has an area code of 877.... The caller ID shows up as some hospital in Corpus Christi (I'm in San Antonio). Even after hearing the same options many times after choosing an option, you have to leave a message. If you miss the call, we'll. The whole stupid cycle begins again. I find it difficult to believe that they care for their patients because first of all, you have to go through their BS merry-go-round before you can even talk to anyone. Then they may or may not accept you as a patient. As for myself, a person that has had extensive spinal surgeries and who lives with constant chronic pain, I usually needto see my pain management doctors sooner, rather than later. My pain is still there, but manageable now. It's been over 6 weeks since I actually spoke with a human and not an ignorant bot. I cannot remember when I first had to reach out to them. Obviously, they don't need patients. That's why I see the doctors that I see. I was having to switch because of my insurance. I switched insurance to get the doctors I have. It was much easier than dealing with pretentious doctors that don't give a **** about getting new patients. Don't waste your energy. If you get a referral for that practice. REFUSE, it's your right to have a doctor that treats you for your medical problems and not treat you like they are giving you the honor of seeing one of their doctors!!! Go see Drs. Dar or Vasireddy or PA Houston at OMNI SPINE. It may take a while to get an appointment, but they treat you like your one of their cherished family members. They're the BEST in this area. I went in on a Thursday afternoon to get a refill okayed. Received Dr. Caldrain's approval and was told by their front office it would be sent in to the pharmacy and would probably be ready that day. This is Saturday and NOONE has received a prescription for me to fill! I've been out the medication For almost a week and still don't have it. I tried to call the c, but there HAS NEEN NO CALL BACK FROM ANYONE!!!! The front desk appeared half asleep when I checked out and I'd bet it never got sent to the pharmac. Whatever the reason, there has been NO COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART. IN FACT, THE ANSWERING SERVICE INDICATED they weren't supposed to take messages for Tri City Pain!!!!! read more

If I could give this no stars, I would... first my doctor is amazing. I have no complaints about him. But when it takes over two months to get a callback from the authorization department and I still have yet to get that call for my appointment that is in two days for this procedure. I'm supposed to be getting. I have been contacting them since before Thanksgiving. But the appointment is a so-called follow up now even though I have a pre-procedure instruction with date time follow up date and time ( obviously the year is incorrect because we all get confused and they did this in November at the beginning of November in 2025) . Tricity Pain Associates have been my pain management provider for three years now, and I have had only great things to say about the staff and the care I've received there. The only complaint I've had was about my first doctor, Dr. Vassireddy, who has long since left this practice​. But even when he was there, the rest of the staff remained top-notch in their care. I've had nothing but wonderful doctors ever since. I'm currently seeing Dr. Cadrain who is a wonderful, caring doctor who takes time to listen to your healthcare concerns and then seeks to find the best solution to your problem with minimal wait time. He gets to the bottom of your issue right away and seeks the best option to fix it as soon as possible. I wish there were more doctors like him. Have had great e perience in this office every ti.e. every o e is professional and very nice and efficient. My appointments go pretty efficiently. Have had nerve blocks in my neck and lower back and ablation I. My neck. Waiting to do ablation in my lower black now. It is better than surgerywhich every dr was telling me to do. Hopefully this alleviates most of the pain for 6-12months and then repeat. I will always live in pain all over my body but to get some relief is better than none. And I love Dr Schroll. read more

I received one of the rudest phone calls from a third party on Tricity Pain Associates' behalf. According to this company, my account is in collections. After doing some research, I found that Tricity Pain Assoc. was the biller for Phase Four Physiotherapy, where I saw Christian Miranda. Despite asking his front desk staff what I owe for my copay at every visit, they said they would send a bill later. Never once did I receive a bill, so I called to find out how they could send anything to a collections agency without attempting to reach the patient for payment. I spoke with Nova in TPA's billing office today, and she confirmed that no bills were ever sent via mail, email, or phone call, letting me know I had an outstanding balance. I don't recommend the practice because there should be no reason you send your patients' accounts to collections and cause them stress just because your staff is too lazy to do their jobs correctly. read more

Upon hitting 2 - the automated voice said "try again" and then just circled back to the main menu.
