I had two skylights that needed cleaning. Central Texas Window Cleaning said they would be glad to clean them, but they had a minimum fee for coming. They said they would also include cleaning ten windows. They did a fabulous job. They were very professional, cleaned the windows inside and out and washed the screens as well. They cleaned the skylights on the roof as well as inside. I will definitely use them again. read more

The reviews have been so great and they did text to ask if I wanted a complimentary drink but the problem was they were showing up 2 hours before the time window they had provided. They were supposed to wash the screens at $5 each but they did not. When they put the screens back, they did not ensure they were completely back in so I have to put them back into shape. Lastly, they said they would come back out two days later and they never showed. read more

Had them out this week to help clean out gutters. Scott communicated about his arrival and took time to talk with me about my specific concerns when he arrived. He worked diligently and when finished explained more than was necessary for me. He could have said, all done. Instead he gave details on where there were problems and what he thought may be causing them. He also tried to help realign the screens that were there. Had CTWC clean the gutters at our house. They sent two very competent and friendly guys (on time) who dispatched the work more quickly than I expected. They did a nice job and and left the place clean and in good condition. Wow, my windows have never looked so clear! We purchased our home over the summer and lately noticed a dull dust and outdoor element debris film on the windows. Central Texas Window Cleaning took care of us and I am so glad they did. The owner, Roger Barnhart was in the area and he stopped in to introduce himself. His staff was professional and took great care in cleaning my windows. They washed and cleaned the windows on both the inside and out. They also took all of the screens off and cleaned those as well. Admittedly I am any company's worst customer because I am a perfectionist, super critical and therefore do most things myself believing nobody will do the job better than me. I do clean my windows frequently and I have made them sparkle. So at least I thought. Man, was I wrong! I decided to give Central Texas Window Cleaning a try, mainly because my house comes with a few windows which are completely out of my reach and very much needed a proper cleaning. This company showed me what a sparkling clean window really looks like. My windows are now streak-free and spotless like I have only seen them once before: when I build the house and moved in. It has rained multiple times since they came out a week ago and the windows still look as beautiful as they left them. Even my children noticed that the windows were much cleaner than they have ever been and that means something! The owner Roger as well as two employees were on the job and went out of their way to make sure that everything was cleaned to my expectation. Everybody was very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions that came up along the way. They were also kind enough to help me out by knocking down unreachable wasp nests they came across while cleaning the gutters and inspecting my roof shingles to see if any critters may be trying to get into my attic. To my surprise, we discovered that my house had experienced raccoon visitors. Would have not known about that useful information without them. On top of all they left the job site as clean as can be. I requested a quote for gutter cleaning via an online service. Roger was the first to respond by offering a quote that same afternoon. He came out the very next day when I talked to him on the phone. It had been quite some time since our gutters had been cleaned, and the topography of our lot and the pitch of our roof make for a rather tough job. Roger was able to finish the work in about 90 minutes. On top of that, he's a great guy and a pleasure to do business with. He also, as the name suggests, does windows and even hangs holiday lights. There were 3 guys here, all very nice, professional and well groomed. They each took pride in making sure that there were NO spots or streaks making the final walk through so so easy.
