Trent is the real deal! Amazing work! In case you're in the mood for a funny story, here it goes....... I walked out to my car to retrieve my son's car seat. I was outside for like 60 seconds. I contacted 5 glass companies through Yelp for a rough estimate on replacement glass for a rain glass window. Trent was the first to respond. He asked for a couple of photos and in less than 10 minutes I had an estimate including a full description of the double paned glass replacement. The other companies took MUCH longer to respond. Binswanger Glass took 2 weeks to come out and measure my window (this included a rescheduled appointment due to their actions - not mine). I called and requested the estimate twice - after one week from the measurement appointment they emailed me. The Binswanger estimate was $200 more than the estimate from Trent at Aeromass Glass. Why did I get another estimate after Trent responded so quickly/accurately and Aeromass Glass has so many 5 star reviews? It was hard for me to believe that all the 5 star reviews for Aeromass were trustworthy since many companies offer small incentives for positive reviews and other companies hound you for reviews.
