Stay away from this company. One of there employees stole a pallet of merchandise worth $1000.00 of mine. I filed a claim and they sent me a check for $50.00 I now do business with Saia freight read more

Central Compton has major issues starting with Management. Drivers have cought manager sleeping on the 2nd floor of the office, equipment very bad it is a safety concern to drivers. Manager leaves and naps while at work because he has no supervision from upper branch. Drivers report these issues but no help from corporate. Customers and drivers stay away from this company. read more

You guys are 100% useless. 2 SCHEDULED appointments and no delivery. No supervisor available and no effort to at least call to let us know we are wasting time in a 6 hour window. Why are you even in this business. Just admit you don't care and close the doors. read more

Wow what a bunch of thieves! This review is about Central transportation Ontario California which is where we are located. We accidentally gave these guys the wrong pallet and ask if they could simply return that pallet for the correct pallet they were supposed to get since it's in Ontario still. Well they said it's 472.00 dollars to return the wrong pallet for the rite pallet.... Keep in mind it's still in Ontario where we are located. Drivers was in our parking lot screaming mother f***er because he was having troubles getting trailer door closed. So I offered to help him get it closed in which we did. I go out of my way to help and they Central Transport goes out of there way to rip you off. Word of advice stay far far away from this low budget trucking company. Just look at all the bad reviews. Needless to say the won't be getting anymore of our freight. Oh and don't think because you use them alot this won't happen to you because we (USE) to use them 2 3 times a week....Central Transportation are strait up Thieves!!!! read more

Central Transport LTL shippers. This company makes no bones that they often are very late with your shipment. They only estimate time to deliver which is normally double the quoted time to deliver. This last shipment tool 11 days to get to California from Boston Ma. They quoted 5 days. Now, we can not get the billing and my customer can not get the billing before months end. Bottom Line, Central Transport will never be used again by this company. read more

I live just down the street and was actually excited to finally have a nearby place where I could print and laminate regularly and become a consistent customer. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the beginning. The store manager stated she did not receive my emails, even though I had sent them multiple times. After about 20 minutes and after seeing my frustration, she finally allowed me to resend the files in person. However, once she began laminating, she did not show me the prints beforehand or inform me that there were blue lines on the images. She placed the laminated papers into a folder and walked away without letting me review them. When I finally saw the documents and noticed the blue lines, I brought it to her attention. She responded that I had already been charged and refused to refund the lamination, stating that she had already used the materials. I attempted to meet in the middle by offering to pay for two replacement prints, since the issue was only in the middle of the page and I was willing to work with it. Even then, she refused to refund any portion of the lamination and insisted on charging me, ultimately only reducing the cost to $1.44 instead of offering a reasonable partial refund or solution. I ended up wasting over an hour for four pieces of paper to be printed and laminated, with poor communication and no accountability for the quality of the work. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given how close I live and how willing I was to become a regular customer. I would not recommend this location. Save your time and go to FedEx instead.

Parking lot is big enough for just Fedex customers. I only usually print for their "Print and Go" service so my experience here is very limited. I had a recent experience where I didn't print the receipt and needed it. I went ahead and called the store and Savannah really helped me out. She really tried problem solving and was super chill about it. She ended up leaving the receipt in store with a note. The Fedex near me has employees that just don't care so I really appreciate this locations service so far.

Their website says they can print anything and have it delivered as a rush. I didn't think this was true because every other print shop can't do this! I filled out the online form asking for an estimate on a Tuesday at 8:00 PM thinking "well, I guess I'll hear back tomorrow". Nope! I got a quote 10 minutes later and they say they can have it delivered to my house by Friday! How is this possible?! Wednesday morning, I email them what I need printed thinking there's just no way they can fulfill their promise. By Friday at 3:00 pm, I received the order at my doorstep. I was shocked! Surely the quality would be sub-par as nothing can be done this fast, right? Nope! I opened the box and the 250 booklets I ordered were amazing! Extremely professional looking! I couldn't believe it. They have a customer for life. Don't waste your money going anywhere else.
