Be careful because this location makes up their own lunch times for example if you go in at 1:00 there Lunch sign will say they'll be back at 2:30 So then you go in the next day at 2:30 and the sign will say they'll be back at 3:30 so this makes it difficult because I have to keep going back but honestly I get it cuz their is only one person working there so they have to make sure they cater to everyone before they go on their lunch break. Parking lot is big enough for just Fedex customers. I only usually print for their "Print and Go" service so my experience here is very limited. I had a recent experience where I didn't print the receipt and needed it. I went ahead and called the store and Savannah really helped me out. She really tried problem solving and was super chill about it. She ended up leaving the receipt in store with a note. The Fedex near me has employees that just don't care so I really appreciate this locations service so far.
