I once in a while come here if I need to print for work and came here recently to print. It's been pretty busy every time I visited and to get to the store, it's a bit awkward to turn into. Parking lot is big enough for just Fedex customers. I only usually print for their "Print and Go" service so my experience here is very limited. I had a recent experience where I didn't print the receipt and needed it. I went ahead and called the store and Savannah really helped me out. She really tried problem solving and was super chill about it. She ended up leaving the receipt in store with a note. The Fedex near me has employees that just don't care so I really appreciate this locations service so far. read more

Since Staples took away their paper cutter, I ended up coming to FedEx office. They still have their paper cutter and all the self service office needs great location. I'm glad they even have a shipping facility. The value is really great. You can use the Staples and the paper cutter and whole punches for free printing cost money. read more

Normally have a great experience at this location. Unfortunately yesterday I had to go in to pick up a dozen mailing envelopes as FedEx did not deliver my order of supplies on time. I have been using this location for the past 5 years. The girl behind the counter was beyond rude. Telling me that she needed the envelopes for her customers. Rating: 2.0 I corresponded with Kathy (who was nice) via email regarding this poster that I wanted made up. I sent over the images and was told I could come and pick it up by EOD. I rushed over and arrived around 6:30pm. I was greeted by Erick who attended to me. I checked out the finished work before leaving the store (as it was rolled up and tapped, ready to go). So glad I unrolled it and checked it out. The cut on the poster ALL THE WAY AROUND was horribly uneven. Erick gave the option to come back in 1hr. for re-do. I thanked him but let Erick know I didn't have 1hr. to spare. Erick apologized, saw the imperfections I pointed out and attempted to rectify the situation applying a discount -- which I appreciated but wished that the poster would have been cut the right way instead. OVERALL: The staff were friendly but the finished product I was expecting was DEFINITELY not what I picked up. The poster is below standards -- especially since it was made to be gifted to another person. I don't know who did the cut on the poster but they should be shamed. Went here for a pickup. Took a few minutes for them to come to the counter to help, but it was easy and simple once they were able to help. I've been here multiple times before. Usually no problems but sometimes really busy with a small parking lot. Parking can be an issue. Depending on when you roll though, it can be packed enough to not be able to park for quite some time. read more

I've been here twice in the past month. Both times I was greeted so nicely by different employees. Both times they helped me so much. I came in stressed and confused but left smiling and with everything I needed printed. Even when it was busy I never felt rushed by the employees. Always excellent service. I've shipped maybe 100 packages through them and not once had an issue. I'm always in and out within 5 minutes and the packages always arrive on time and in prime (trying to rhyme) condition. Meaning no issues and as expected. When shipping things, "as expected" is above and beyond because issues mean headaches and the need to invest extra time to straighten something else. When things go well we take them for granted. I am taking 2 stars down because I didn't get to experience their in person performance but their customer service performance was not professional, i called them and spoke about my request and told them my situation and then they just took all the information and probably did something but told me nothing, I kept saying "Hello! Hello! But no one answered, but I could hear movement or faint air through the line, so I know it wasn't the line cut off, then they just hanged up on me. So not cool! I have received excellent service every time I come to this location. With COVID things have changed but thankfully the customer service and friendly staff has not. I came in to print something very last minute and to my surprise they weren't doing self service printing due to an accident that occurred at the location. YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2018 - 66/100. I had to make an emergency run to FedEx to get documents scanned and emailed STAT! This was the closest to where I was located. It was getting sorta late, so I called to make sure they were still open. I spoke to Gerry and he said they are and that they do the very service I needed to get done. He further recommends to have a flash drive handy, but they can provide one for $19.99. He suggested getting it done "tomorrow. Flash drives go on sale for $10.99." I didn't have a flash drive handy at the time and asked about transferring the information on a CD. He wasn't sure if they could but strongly went against recommending it since some systems may have trouble reading the files. Found a flash drive, luckily, and ZOOM I went. Gerry was very helpful. He couldn't scan the files himself since the documents are permanently bound. Instead, he showed me how to get it done on the computer station. Slipped the credit card and he took his time to show me how to scan and save everything on a step-by-step basis. With all his help, I was able to send everything with plenty of time to spare before the deadline. It's nice to have people like him so helpful amidst stress levels shooting through the roof! Needless to say, I was impressed. I rarely use FedEx or even any of its counterparts, but with this amazing service, it's definitely my go-to. Would recommend!!! TIP: For overnight deliver services, cutoff time is 5pm for the east coast, 7pm for the west. read more

Instead of just saying "Sorry I can't help you" Rocio called at least 4 stores to find out if their bins were full and told me where I can go for the rest of my shredding. I've come here for years as a last resort if I can't print anything at home and it's just gone more and more downhill. I asked if someone could help me print and they just told me to use the machines. When trying to use the machines, it froze when trying to load my document. I asked if someone could help me and restart it or just quit and she just said "well you could just pull the usb out". Like ok, how do I know that it doesn't corrupt my usb or if the next person is able to use my card? I created my Save the Dates and Wedding Invites on Canva and had them fulfilled through this FedEx. I give them a 10/10 and 100% recommend them. Not only was the order fulfilled incredibly fast (seriously...my wedding invites were done in a few hours), but the customer service was superb. I was concerned about a minor design aspect being left out of the original invites, and they reprinted (twice) to ensure I was 100% satisfied! I can't stop raving about how easy and simple it was to order and pick up through them. On top of that, the quality was great-the paper was nice and sturdy and the colors were exactly how I wanted. I came here because I needed to send out an important document. I already had the label printed, and the document on hand. The worker here, Candice, took care of me right away. I was expecting to have to pay for the enveloped, but alas, the envelope was free! Candice sealed up the document in the envelope, attached the label, and told me that it would reach its destination the following day. When I called the destination the following morning, they told me that the document had arrived first thing in the morning. This is great service right here! There is an older African American woman that when I asked a simple question and at 9:15 am she was loud and rude about something so simple. Went to get a quote on sending a package, one of the staff asked someone else to help me out and said she was helping out a customer and said it in a very rude way towards the other employee. So I told the lady that I would wait while she helps other customers to get a quote on the package I wanted to send. This review is to compliment the customer service I received when buying some office products. I came to get some supplies but I first called the store and spoke with Autumn who patiently answered my questions and even left the counter to check for the product ensuring the information I needed was accurate. That's rare at this type of store if you're not asking about their main product (printing or shipping). When I got to the store Autumn helped me find the item and was very helpful and friendly with another product I was interested in. This was also special because she was able to multitask with another customer and was able to assist both of us in a timely manner. I so appreciated Autumn because she truly treated me like a customer who was spending oodles of money when my purchase was probably the least cost of the customers there.
