As soon I walked into this post office, I inquired of the lady who was open. Vivian was incredibly Rude !!! I asked Vivian nicely and with a smile on my face, "Do you have big envelopes?" Vivian answered my question with attitude and rudely yelled and screamed, "Right there, right there," she pointed. The whole room looked at her because she was so loud and rude. Inside the post office, you have 2 cameras; you can see how rude she is. After I finished writing my mail, I went back to Keith instead of Vivian. And I had to put another one of the mails, so I'm done with my mail; I'm going back to Amber, who was open. Even Vivian asked me, and I said no, I'm waiting for Amber, who is nicer than Vivian. From the beginning, I walked into the room, and she already had a dirty look at me. Vivian needs to go back to work in the back, cleaning the closest and cleaning up the post office; her position right now is not good for the customer. But she smiled and was nice to everyone who just came in. Her position right now took her 8-10 years to work in the front. Vivian was incredible rude !! read more

Amber is extremely rude and unhappy person. She's so rude and before even greeting. The whole vibe in that office is incredibly Negative & TOXIC I feel bad for anyone who works there! Keith was incredibly rude and condescending. He treated me like I was an idiot. He is the one employed by the post office and is supposed to help answer my questions. Stopped by today and didn't realize that masks were still required at federal offices. Not a big deal, so I went to my car to grab one and then proceeded to mail out my package. What was a big deal to me was that other unmasked people walked in after me and weren't asked to leave and come back with a mask, but were still allowed to continue about their business. Don't know what the difference was between me and the others but apparently I'm the only person Vivian felt the need to enforce it with. read more

I booked an appointment online to apply for a new passport since I lost mine. I walked in and was immediately assisted by Andy. He looked over my forms, explained the passport book and card benefits, gave me an additional form to fill out since it was lost, and took my photo for the application. The wheel appointment took less than 15 minutes. Just make sure to have everything listed on the website as well as your check book to write a check to send to the state department. I expedited since I'm traveling soon and he said it should arrive within less than two weeks. Great experience. Thanks Andy for awesome customer service! read more

Disappointed that the brilliant post office worker there gave me wrong information on how to fill out passport renewal form since I wanted to get a passport card as well. She was rushing through and obviously was not informed that you can renew your passport and apply for a card at same time on the form. read more

I'm actually a big fan of this post office, contrary to what some reviews state. This post office is on PCH, small and not too busy. Not to mention, this is just down the street from my work. Generally love this location and whenever I come every employee is super nice and patient. Today had a disappointing conversation with what ends up being a manager named Amber. Called to find out if I can take a photo of my child on one day and come with husband to apply for document without a child next day. She was very rude and annoyed in the phone. I asked why is she talking to me this way and reply was that there is a line that she needs to take care and I keep asking same questions. When I asked to speak with the manager she replied and she is the one and just kept on yelling so I hang up. Very disappointing. read more

Such great service. I had Brandie (I believe that is her name!) helping me and she was just such a ray of sunshine. Happy and helpful. She was always observing the area and if there was anyone who looked like they needed help, she would tell them tips or tricks to solve their issue. She even helped a customer save money by telling her to put her items in a different box than she had as she'd be paying more in shipping costs. Very grateful to have this office close by. read more

I was afraid it would be like the DMV and forever, but it only took 15 minutes for my husband and I both. I was shocked, shocked, by how nice everyone at this office was, but especially Brandy, who went above and beyond. I went here to get my son's passport. I had gotten mine a week before at the OC courthouse and the woman there was awful so I wasn't expecting the same or worse but Brandy was so kind and so helpful. Despite having a few issues with our paperwork, she worked with me to get it figured out so we could get it in before he went out of town for the summer. Thank you so much Brandy, you are a life saver!!! While I was there (multiple times) I noticed that all the other workers were incredibly pleasant too. I wish I lived closer! read more

Best post office ever! It's a little hole in the wall building with a small parking lot. I'm not a fan of the limited parking, however the service and cleanliness of this post office makes up for it! I've never encountered a long line here and have been able to just walk up to the window and mail my packages. Also have had great service from the employees here. 5 stars from me! read more

I'm a fan of any post office. I hope all post offices stay open for business and people keep using in person services instead of always relying on the internet. I like the idea of buying stamps and having a post office to drop of my mail. I had one package to send priority mail, and when I finally got to the counter, VIVIAN said it needed more tape. I said that I was going to send it Priority Mail, so could I use some of the tape marked "Priority Mail" that was right in front of her. She said "No" and pointed to the tape that was for sale on the wall and said that I could use that. (uhhhm, why do you have several rolls of tape with the words "Priority Mail" on it, if you aren't going to use it on a Priority Mail package?) So I reached over to grab a roll to add ONE PIECE of tape to better secure the package, and she said "Not here, Go do it over there." VIVIAN made me get out of line to add a piece of tape and then get back in the end of the line. The package cost $18.90 to mail, but not enough to rate a piece of VIVIAN's tape. read more

Not as horrible as your average USPS, but still USPS. Unwilling to scan my outgoing shipments! The only reason I want them scanned is because THEY LOSE MY PACKAGES. Customers accuse me of never sending them when USPS clearly doesn't do their job, I'm not taking the blame for USPS's mistakes. Also, be willing to argue with the occasional delusional customer. Yes, CUSTOMER. Apparently I should not call USPS out on their faults and errors because employees could be "war veterans". WHO CARES, does being a war veteran make you magically immune from criticism? Why should I discriminate against veterans? I assume they are just as capable of doing their job just like the next guy, if they screw up they screw up. Their previous work experience is their concern, not mine. I give it 2 stars because the employee refused to do his job, not because of my interaction with a crazy customer. read more

I just had a very unpleasant and costly experience with on of the employees of our United States Postal Service. The woman is the younger Asian woman approximately 5'2" weighing approximately 150 lbs. I have a group of Christmas cards that were designed to take a butterfly stamp. These stamps are sixty eight cents stamps. I had gone into the same branch office yesterday and mailed some of the same cards that the nice male employee assissted me with. He put the butterfly stamps on the envelopes and mailed them away. This woman added another twenty cent stamp on each of the cards today and argued that they didn't meet the USPS criteria. I also had another envelope that she weighed and told me would take two stamps instead of one. I removed it from her hands and took it to the next employee. He weighed it and slipped it through the sizeing slip. He announced "one stamp Miss". If I were to mail all my Christmas card this year from this employee that is acting unethical, my mailing expenses on the Christmas cards alone would be 38% higher. I feel I was discriminated against and treated unethically and unfairly! read more
