I had a huge crack across my windshield for months! The line just kept getting longer and longer. I kept lagging saying I was gon get it fixed but I really just didn't want to call up a bunch of places asking for prices. It woulda been a drag. I had to do something fast tho cus I didn't wanna get a ticket and I also didn't want it to cave in on me. Scary! Luckily my niece knew a guy that specializes in just that!!! Edgar was easy to communicate to, by text and phone. He is friendly and worked a very reasonable price with me. I honestly don't know how much it cost to get a new windshield but I just know his price was a lot cheaper than the three people my dad tried to find for me. I think it also depends on what kind of car you have cus it's different windshield sizes?? And the good thing is he had the part already there. Didn't have to wait for it. We set up a date and time and he told me roughly how long it would take and that if I wanted to, I can wait in the lobby. The lobby was quite comfy. He has a couch and plenty of things to watch, a bunch of DVDs, lots to choose from. It took probably less than an hour and he was done. My son didn't even complain cus he was watching the movie. After Edgar got done, he explained to us how to take care of it after with the tape and if it got wet what to do. I highly recommend this place! read more

On 10/14/23, Edgar, owner of EZ Auto Glass, came to my parents home to do a windshield replacement on their car. He paid him $250 for him to complete the job. He stated that he did not have all the parts necessary to finish the job and that he would be back the next day. He never came back to complete the job nor returned any of our calls. My dad has since, gone to his place of business on several occasions to resolve this matter, since he has stopped accepting his calls. Edgar continues to give us the run around and has yet to return our calls, money, or to complete the job. We have already reported him to the Better Business Bureau and do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

I took my BMW in about three weeks ago for a driver side window repair, when we got there they didn't bother to ask what we were there for and just started working on the front wind shield and I had to quickly tell him I was there for a driver window repair. They told me and my sister that we could leave and it would take about an hour and said they would call us when they were done. After about two hours me and my sister walk back and ask if the car's almost done because they hadn't called us yet and they tell us that they don't have the window and couldn't complete the job, I understand that mistakes happen but they didn't even bother to call or tell me the time i went back to give them my keys. I left that shop very upset but what made it worse was that my driver sides door interior was scratched and the door wasn't put back on correctly, I called them to ask what they can do to fix this because i didnt take my car in like that. The guy who answered told me he doesn't know what happened because he wasn't there but that I could take my car back in and he also said he'd call me when he got the window and when he found a part to replace the damages his business did to my car. Two weeks go by and no call or text I texted him not only once but twice to ask about the window and the door part, he didn't reply to any of my texts. I gave him a call to see what was going on and turns out he wasn't even looking for the piece and needed my vin number this whole time but didn't bother to text me or answer my text to let me know that. He told me he no longer wanted to work with me because of a negative review my sister left on the way we were serviced the day we went. We exchanged multiple texts and he told me to tell my family to take down their reviews and he said we were slandering his business but nothing they said in their reviews was false it was all true and they were sharing how poorly these people run their business. Told me he ordered the part and shipped it to my house and he'd send me a confirmation screen shot but its been about 5 days and still no text honestly this business has such poor customer service and has done nothing but waste my time and damage my car they're unprofessional and I suggest you go anywhere else before coming here. read more

Wow! My electric power switch in my window went out with the window down, and it was fixed in a few hours.

I had a chip in my windshield I didn't take care of and it splintered off. I inquired with several companies. Edgar responded almost immediately and was the cheapest quote. I called him the next day. I called in the early afternoon and he was able to come the same day! He text when he was on his way. Edgar finished within 30 minutes. He also pointed out that I was out of brake fluid!!!
