They also offer notary services, and on certain days, they have an Amazon return kiosk for even quicker drop-offs. The staff is always friendly and helpful every time I go. Some people say they're rude, but honestly, if there's a long line and things aren't moving as fast as you'd like, try another option like Save Mart or Kohl's. This is the only UPS store in Lathrop, so naturally it gets busy. Just be patient--they're doing their best, and it shows. Great people and reliable service!

I came by to return curtains. No other customers in store; the bald man tells me you can use the kiosk. My items were too large to fit in the clear bag so I went back up. He said they fit you can do it. So I go back and again as assumed my items are too big to fit. So I grab a label sticker to seal my bag. He then comes up to me and says "don't touch my machine from there because you'll break it. You don't need to seal it that way." I then let him know they didn't fit. He then stated " yes they do I do this all day, I would know." I let it go and left. Didn't continue the the back and forth he was looking for. He was very rude, condescending, and clearly unhappy in his job. He seemed irritated by every customer who walked in. Today, I returned and had a similar experience. The employee (woman with un groomed hair that threw it into a hair-clip) assisting customers was also unfriendly and didn't greet a single person walking in. When she saw the line growing she blurted out, "We aren't taking Amazon returns you should have seen the sign on the door" and looked away. Overall, the staff here are consistently unwelcoming. They appear more interested in talking among themselves or being on their phones than helping customers. It really feels like they don't want to be there. I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive to a neighboring city than deal with this kind of service, even if it's just five minutes away.

I would like to provide feedback to your store located in Manteca on Main Street. I was told twice…read moreby a specific employee ( possibly manager) that she would not release my package unless the ID matched the package. I went in at different times using my official ID and was released packages before by other employees without a problem. My ID still has my maiden name and correct address on my packages. In addition, I did not specially ask for my packages to get delivered the UPS point but was somehow automatic in the system. I did try multiple times to have the employees look into it for me to get it corrected with no solution but to call the 1 (800) 742-5877 customer service number. I did call the 1 (800) 742-5877 number as well with very poor solution to my problem of my packages not getting to my house. I would like you all to consider as a company the compassion of women changing their names after getting married takes some time through drivers license and social security. That other forms of legal proof should be considered. I was not given that option of other forms of ID to consider that can be helpful for accepting packages. This location provides notary services so they should at least be trained and familiar with different forms of ID for proof. This location does not provide good quality service and I really hope to never have to go back to this location.

The front desk lady was Super helpful and professional. However; when the designer personnel completed his quote on my Small elementry job, he quoted several hours in labor ($100 an hour) to complete (approximately $700) and would be over a week to finish. That quote eluded to "yeah we don't want your business." In short, I went to a place in Tracy and they completed this redesign in under 30 minutes and had them on my shirts in one day. $40 a shirt!!!
