Who came out to my house and went over a repair plan and helped me to set up a very nice system. I had a very unique situation in my yard due to a deck and a concrete patio covering my septic system that had been installed before I moved in and I had a lot of things I wanted to add to the system to make it that much better because I did not want to dig up my yard twice. Not only did they come out in a timely fashion, but it only took them three days to get the entire thing done. I was worried that my yard would be all torn up by the end of this. However, their efficiency, experience and care for what they do shows well in the two pictures I have included. The first picture is Tuesday when I got home from work the second picture is Wednesday. Not only did they get the entire job done in three days. They put my yard back together completely as though they had not been there. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs septic services, including pumping. Because of the kindness and professionalism of their employees and of the people who run the company. I paid to have this done but to the owners Paul and Jenny and the foreman James the drill operator Rusty and the rest of their crew thank you for a great job done in a very timely manner and a sense of humanity with your care for what you do and how you do it. When I mentioned that the pits were not even eight years old, he advised me to contact the original installer first rather than pushing unnecessary work. I really appreciated that honesty. On top of that, as I had trouble reaching the company that installed the existing pits, Chris offered to help because he knew who they were and could contact them on my behalf. I very much appreciate Chris's honesty, professionalism and willingness to help, and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Fortunately he was working in the area. About 20 minutes later he was at my house. He got my pipe running free. By then it was dark. He called next day with a quote. He told me he was doing a big job but he would work me in. His worker came on Saturday got the pipes replaced all in one day. He cleaned everything nice. I very happy with the service I received from Chris and his worker.. Highly recommend. They will now be my septic service company.

Unlike the previous contractors--one assigned by SLWA and another highly rated local company--Mr. Ed's team took the time to thoroughly investigate rather than guessing or rushing through the job. (Please note, Mr. Ed's was also assigned by SLWA after a continued issue) Adrian from Mr. Ed's was professional, patient, and methodical. Even when their sonar equipment couldn't pinpoint the tiny leak, he recommended a careful exploratory dig instead of making assumptions. During the exploratory dig, both Adrian and Ed (business owner) personally inspected every possible source, including indoor lines and the garage slab, and ultimately identified a combination of a very small leak, a branching pipe, and a faulty valve. I want to highlight that Ed and Adrian are exceptionally knowledgeable, and their extensive experience in the industry is evident. They were able to provide solutions and recommendations that other companies could not. Throughout the process, the office staff was respectful and helpful, especially as we navigated SLWA delays. When it came time for repairs--ultimately out‑of‑pocket--we chose to proceed with Mr. Ed's because of their thoroughness and integrity. Ed and his team completed the work efficiently, cleaned up the site beautifully, and even fixed our sewer cover. The leak is fully resolved, and the sprinkler and main line are now properly isolated. After this experience, we will absolutely be calling and recommending Mr. Ed's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
