I posted a request for brake repair. Within 5 minutes, Eric Laettner responded. After I looked at his Yelp page, I agreed to have him do the repairs. Eric Laettner's Mobile Mechanic Service was excellent! I posted what I needed on Yelp at 2:20 pm. We agreed to have him do the work. He let me know he was finishing another job and would be here in the late afternoon. He showed up and had already picked up the parts he might need. He had my car up off the ground, removed all four tires, and checked them. Checked brake pads, rotors, and connections he could see. He completed the work at about 9 pm. -From posting the request for repairs to finishing was in a 7-hour time frame! -I didn't need to drive to a repair shop. -He explained the process and handled my questions. -My cost was 50% less than what I was quoted at the local repair shops. -This was my first time using a mobile service for mechanical work. I did try that and it did not work or maybe there was a miscommunication. So on my 2020 Lexus NX 300. Your front license plate might get bent on the sides. Other than that everyone there is super friendly and it's a pretty good deal if you go several times in a month.

I said yes. Gave me a towel, y freshener and damp cloth. Paid for it with good day wishes from him! Great! Drive around and go in where guys direct and scrub. Goes in and pretty quickly out!! Super clean & shiny! Around the side, wiped down vacuumed and clean from the inside out! Great!! Great service & GREAT Sun Day car wash! Highly recommended!!
