Up until this point no one explained that we needed to have the key present or that they were not able to perform the job without a key. At this point once the company decided that the job could not be done he then asked the person that was with my car to pay a $10.00 fee and reluctantly we agreed. After a certain point he handed my boyfriend the apple pay phone and tried to charge a $40.00 for NO SERVICES or even being front loaded with it being a $40.00 because again we were initially told $10.00. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend services from them. Update: They called me back to say I should "look for other tow truck companies because there was an issue with their tow truck driver Felipe" To be clear we were never going to return a call to their company due to the sketchy interaction of them trying to charge $ 40.00 under the pretense of a $ 10.00 non service fee. Please do not spend your money with this company due to the fact that if my boyfriend did not look at the apple pay services he would have gotten scammed out of $ 40.00 for absolutely NO SERVICE. I work with a bunch of towers as I am an insurance agent for the tow truck industry and never in my 8 years of experience has any one ever did business this way. Please find a more reputable tow truck companies with the capabilities of towing your car WITH OR WITHOUT a key as this is a simple service.

Received call back at 4:37pm saying closed until Monday and $50 a day storage. No hold on car per Sheriff dept, yet Golden State said a release is required from Sheriff Office. Deputy specifically stated no hold on car when towed, just owner with ID REQUIRED. Holidays was given for reason not opened until Monday by person who called back us back from Golden State with this number (559)853-7997 person I spoke with on the phone laughed when I stated we were trying all day to get a call back, and also said the Deputy always says no hold but they require a release.
