I specifically informed the travel agent at the Rumbo Travel Agency, I needed to leave and return the same day.  She stated ok and gave me the paperwork with flight information.  I made a payment over $2K. When I reviewed the paperwork that she gave me, I asked the travel agent at the office where are the flight seat number locate on the paperwork, and she stated, everything is now done electronically.  She told me when I check in the day of departure everything will show up, and I stated ok.  I reviewed the paperwork and it showed, the departure was from: * Fresno Airport was on 06/09/2024 at 12:50am, and arrival date and time to Mexico Airport was on 06/09/2024 at 8:45 am, with one-stop in Guadalajara, Mexico.  * The paperwork showed, the departure from: * Mexico Airport was on 06/09/2024 at 2:30pm, and arrival date and time to Fresno Airport was on 06/09/2024 at 11:00pm, with one-stop in Guadalajara, Mexico.  On the day of departure, June 08, 2024, we showed up to the Fresno Airport a little after 9:30pm.  When we got to the Volaris counter to check in, the representative stated, she was able to locate seats from Fresno Airport to Mexico Airport, but the flight from Mexico Airport to Fresno Airport, there were no seat for us, even though I had purchased three tickets.  The Volaris representative stated, she can get us out from the Fresno Airport to Mexico Airport, but it will be up to us and the Mexico Airport to get us back home, and it could be that day, the next day, or even the following day.  This was unacceptable because my daughter and I had to return to work Monday, and I could not have my 84-year-old mother staying at an airport for possibly three days.  I declined to leave that day and we went home. I went back to the Rumbo Travel Agency the next day and explained the situation and she stated she was not going to refund me anything because we declined the seat.  I explained to her the three tickets that I purchased from her to return home weren't available. She stated on her paperwork, the seat numbers are listed, and when I told her they were not listed on my paperwork, she told me I could not read.  I requested a copy of the paperwork that she had, and she said "NO".  I left and went to the police station to file a police report. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  I literally wanted to give this place a zero. Be careful these people will steal your money.

I am writing this to dispute AAA's claim that they are America's friend. I will paint a picture of the fiends that they are. I had an incident, a water heater installed upon my house before I bought it. Yes, I should have taken all safe guards and removed it from the property knowing that it could fail in the forth coming years, but I was young. And apparently, stupid. AAA took advantage of my ignorance in many ways. There was an extreme rainstorm in Southern California, quite irregular, for I had lived in SC all my life since birth. The rain caused the water heater which functioned as a solar unit, to collapse into the master bedroom. Causing damage to the bed, dresser, rugs and other clothes storage units. The carpet was damaged from the rain as the roof was completely destroyed from the heater collapsing. I called a local roofing service repair contactor with a license and they performed service to mitigate the immediate damage. I paid out of my IRA drawing from painfully at a huge loss. I had to as my wife and I had nowhere to live at this time. In the end I spent $30,000 to fix the roof and remove the heater. I called AAA and tried to see what they could do to help us out. They said that it was our fault and that AAA was not liable and we were on our own. I would have to take them to small claims court to retrieve any hope of salvation, which would be $10,000, the limit for small court. So, in court AAA won, I and my wife lost, we got nothing. AAA walked away with a victory and two lost customers, do they care, no they don't, they want blood and money like Trump. Dump AAA like Israel, defund them. My father, who was a Purple Heart Veteran was a member. I will never recommend AAA to another ever.

We stayed at Secrets Resort, Maroma beach and we were spoiled every minute of the trip. The food was amazing, we loved the 24/7 room service, the drinks kept flowing, and the service from all of the staff was first class. The hotel really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us during our stay. I am so grateful that Ashley helped us find something in our budget, that she answered my last minute texts so quickly the day we were heading to the airport for departure. I also like that the shuttle from and to the airport in Cancun was arranged as a part of our package so we weren't scrambling to figure that part out. The shuttle company that we used also had some great deals on excursions and we did one and it was a blast! Booking with Ashley is the way to go!
