I have been ordering from Central Vapors for years. I have had no issues with shipping times - I understand that I must order BEFORE I run out of coils or some other vape product. Vaping is an addiction after all and most people understand that the mail is not always reliable due to various reasons. I had placed an online order. With much difficulty, finally located tracking info. Tracking says it was delivered. Shipping address is 100% correct. Delivered to WHO? Certainly not to me! I tried calling every number I could find for them. Either the numbers are disconnected, or has no answer. Mailbox is conveniently set up to NOT receive messages. After the AI voice tells you that, it says an error has occurred and then hangs up on you. I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. Central Vapors was once my go-to place for my DIY supplies, but this was the last time I would do business with them. States on their website in big red letters that shipping time is 1-3 business days. I emailed them after my order sat there untouched for a week. Surprisingly I received a message back stating that they were working on it and it would be shipped within 24 hrs. They did print a label but it still took them a total of 10 days to ship my 4 little items. I literally live 2 hours away from them, I could have walked there and shopped the warehouse for my own items and walked back home in a single day. Not sure why it takes a week to do what I could have done on my own. I placed this order the same time I ordered flavoring from Canada, that package only took 4 days to get to me and it had to go thru customs! Used to be my go to place for hardware. NOT again! Placed my order on November 29th, and on December 5th received an email that were out of one item, in the color I chose. I responded back with whatever color they had would do. Then nothing... A week later still nothing. Started making calls on Monday the 9th. My phone records state I made 90 calls between the main store number and the warehouse since then.Cannot leave a message as prompted to do cause the mailbox is full. They don't answer email. Finally after 9 back to back calls someone picked up and put me on hold for 15 mins. Guess they thought I would hang up and go away. They came back with some song and dance and false apologies, but they don't have the items I ordered. They have had my money all this time, and did not contact me with alternatives. Purchased two Vape Geek aegis mods. There were two issues with this purchase. One mod was missing the "lock" switch and my coupon code did not go through at time of sale. I contacted CV and let them know what was going on. I received a very quick response and a mailing label to ship the defective mod back. As soon as the shipment was confirmed I was contacted by CV and told they had already shipped the new mod. No waiting for them to receive it, the confirmation was good enough for them. Needed a couple new 510 thread count batteries and Central Vapors popped up so I gave them a shot. They had a good selection to choose from and I went with the Mini Istick 10v and Mini Istick 25v. They were able to ship within a reasonable amount of time and the product arrived I damaged. Unfortunately, one of the batteries wasn't work so I had to reach back out. Typically we are able to call before we reach the store to have our ejuice ready for pickup, instead I was informed phones aren't answered on weekends and a more of a courtesy. Then while I know training is stressful for the new people not having supplies ready such as pens so orders for 2 people can be taken is ridiculous.  The manager is just sitting around puffing on his vape every few seconds and acts like he could care less while exhaling in my direction. When we are waiting in the waiting area you can hear why the phones aren't being answered, they are listening to music so loud I doubt they can even hear when the phone rings. Listening from the lobby is sounds like a lot more messing around in the back warehouse then actual business going on.  I sent an email to the company hoping the owners whom I know well would contact me; however, all I got was a manager calling me back telling me that he didn't know who was on duty that day. There were only 2 people on duty and you can't look at the schedule and see WHO they were? Interesting! I am guessing the manager that was on duty that day is the actual one that got my email and called me back. Hence why I am leaving this review. Do I need to take my business elsewhere because by my experience it looks like Central Vapors could care less about their representation of customer experience and I'd feel embarrassed brining any friends who could be possible new clients to Central Vapors. read more
